Not only did I get multiple offers, they were obtained quickly and from credible buyers, and ultimately they secured an offer for above the asking price.
Tobi Olayiwole in particular did an excellent job - he has a great sales technique, is very attentive/ communicative, and is clearly a skilled negotiator. He took care of everything and was always on top of things.
