Googlewe recently purchased a flat via Shoreditch Winkworths. Their representative was Dhruv, who was always polite and helpful. Buying and selling really is a difficult process so it was a great help to have Dhruv help us steer through the process. GoogleI just completed the sale of my flat with these guys. I dealt with Thomas and Nick, both made the whole process very clear and kept me up to the minute on how it was going. They gave great advice about how to re-market when things went quiet and they got more people through the door which led to the sale at a fair price. They took care of all the viewings and fed back after each one. Once the sale was proceeding they pushed it along so that we could make the stamp duty holiday, they were really happy to answer any questions and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They're not the cheapest out there but they were great value as I felt confident in them handling my sale with professionalism and getting the job done.

GoogleMy wife, my brother and his partner and I had six viewings on Wednesday. We were greeted by four separate agents because our first, fifth and sixth were, luckily, with Winkworth Shoreditch's Tom, He was punctual, professional and smart. Sharp, resourceful and educational. He really knew his stuff. He was aware of the locale, the buildings and the vendors. He was COVID aware and left us to our own devices when need be. Never pushy and rushed, he even re-arranged at short notice to accomodate us in his busy schedule. He answered all of our concerns eloquently, exactly and succinctly. Any enquiries that he couldn't answer (and there were'nt many that he couldn't), he didn't fumble and spoof. He volunteered to find out and he did with emails arriving on my phone on the train on the way home In a time where estate agents are getting a bad name, Tom is a shining example of a burgeoning young talent and I would be proud to have him on my team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleNick and Tom did a fantastic job with the sale of my property. They arranged viewings and found a buyer within a short space of time. They kept me updated all throughout the process with frequent updates. Their response time to my enquiries was prompt and always came back with an appropriate response. Winkworth shoreditch, professional and always very helpful especially Yazmin. Who helped chase up queries and always made sure, my enquiries were dealt with appropriately.

GoogleBecause of the hard work and dedication of the team at the Winkworth branch at Shoreditch we were able to sell our home quickly and buy our next property during a very stressful process. Tom Ballard (Sales Negotiator) consistently answered our calls and kept us informed of any updates without fail. Both he as well as Nick Thomas (Sales Manager) were responsive and attentive throughout the process - from chasing up solicitors involved, handling the sale in an orderly manner even when faced with what sometimes seemed like insurmountable obstacles, and kept procedures moving in order for us to be able to complete on time. We would not have been able to achieve our consequent purchasing goals if it had not been for Tom and Nick's honesty, dedication, and friendly attentiveness throughout, and we are ever grateful for having had them on our side during a period of uncertainty where many moving parts needed to be managed and brought together and where hard deadlines were kept - their performance more than exceeded expectations, and they deserve much much more than they received in fees.
