Myself and the team at Winkworth (Shoreditch office) have been working together for more than ten years. They (Daniel) offered their expertise in finding me tenants, renewing tenancy agreements and at times managed my properties - a few hick-ups along the way (which were quickly resolved) but always professional, reliable and really go the extra mile to ensure not only me, the landlord, but the tenants are well supported and informed. Recently I word with both Sean and Lady to sell a property. This was a first time experience and both looked after me very well. The operate as a team, always available to answer questions and kept what can be a challenging process easy and seamless. I recommend Winkworth's to my friends and colleagues. Excellent company, excellent team and a HUGE thanks from me to them all.

The lettings team at Winkworth Shoreditch have let my property for several years now and it has been the best letting agent experience I have ever had. All of the team are great. However, of particular note, Daniel, from the lettings team is always on hand to give advice and help and is so charming it is always a pleasure to talk to him. Daniel has been brilliant all round in dealing with everything regarding the tenancy and Emily has also been extremely helpful regarding the accounts and any help I need. I also spoke with Sean in sales recently and he was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I have worked with several lettings agents over the years and Winkworth Shoreditch, in my experience, are in a class of their own. They consistently go above and beyond to provide one with an excellent service.

Daniel has always been friendly and helpful, Beth full of positive energy and nothing too much to ask and perfect personality to be in lettings, a people person, and Emily was a backbone in everything and very professional and experienced. I just completed the sale of my flat with these guys. I dealt with Thomas and Nick, both made the whole process very clear and kept me up to the minute on how it was going. They gave great advice about how to re-market when things went quiet and they got more people through the door which led to the sale at a fair price. They took care of all the viewings and fed back after each one. Once the sale was proceeding they pushed it along so that we could make the stamp duty holiday, they were really happy to answer any questions and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They're not the cheapest out there but they were great value as I felt confident in them handling my sale with professionalism and getting the job done.

My wife, my brother and his partner and I had six viewings on Wednesday. We were greeted by four separate agents because our first, fifth and sixth were, luckily, with Winkworth Shoreditch's Tom, He was punctual, professional and smart. Sharp, resourceful and educational. He really knew his stuff. He was aware of the locale, the buildings and the vendors. He was COVID aware and left us to our own devices when need be. Never pushy and rushed, he even re-arranged at short notice to accomodate us in his busy schedule. He answered all of our concerns eloquently, exactly and succinctly.
