GoogleBen Hunt helped me to find a lovely property and was the less pushy agent ever. Process was smooth and efficient, handled by Siri Ann. Can't recommend more.

GoogleThe very first property we were shown in West London, was by James, and two weeks later, lo and behold, I meet James again and he shows me a flat that fit my most steadfast criteria. Full circle. Very nice service, and they are nicer still as they deal with "affordable" listings, as well as pricier ones. We were able to find a lovely flat well within our budget in a we'll kept neighborhood.

GoogleWe are buying agents and have worked with Elizabeth before. Once again she was excellent. One of the very best agents in Central London. Many thanks. Georgina

GoogleWe needed to move quickly after our previous living arrangement changed and have had a really great experience working with Winkworth overall. The agent that helped us find the flat, James Fraser, was particularly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He found us the perfect place almost immediately and we've been happy here ever since. The whole process was fast and easy thanks to him and we're still very thankful for his help!

GoogleWe've recently purchased a flat through Winkworth and had a fantastic experience with Elizabeth Nascimento. She was always on hand to answer our questions and mediated very well between us and the vendor. The sale was fraught with unforeseen legal hurdles and Liz really helped steer it back on course. We would be more than happy to buy again with Winkworh but more importantly we'd probably choose to sell with them too.

GoogleWinkworth (and Elizabeth in particular) were excellent during the whole sale process going well beyond what was expected. We gave a tight timescale for completion and it would simply not have gone through without Elizabeth's invaluable help which removed a huge amount of stress from a 20 December exchange and 22 December completion. Separately, the photographs were amazing and fully resulted in multiple offers within 1 week of 'going live'. Thank you

GoogleLiz was fantastically helpful with our recent purchase, in fact without her help I'm not sure the sale would have proceeded!

GoogleFantastic work by the Winkworths guys to help us buy our new property. It was quite an ordeal getting over the line and it certainly wouldn’t have been possible without their support. Thank you.

GoogleAs a tenant, Winkworth has been a pleasure to deal with. James Fraser in particularly has been absolutely brilliant - extremely responsive, proactive and professional. We cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for us, from helping to secure a good rental rate, to the finer details just before and during move-in. We would not hesitate to recommend Winkworth to anyone looking for fantastic service.

GoogleAs a first time landlord, I searched through Internet and read reviews, and chose Winkworths from possible agents, not only because it is a well-established company, but also have very good reviews. Ben and James in Shepherds Bush office, are very friendly, helpful, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. The flat has been let out quickly even when I was out of the country.

GoogleI've known the team at Winkworth for many years. I've rented a flat through them and recently purchased a property through them. The team, James, Ben and Nick are honest, knowledgable and very patient. They make what can be a thorny process very smooth! Could not recommend more!

GoogleI have rented a place from Winkworth. Winkworth made me feel an up and down experience. Some people were extremely helpful, whereas one negative person was enough to make the whole process quite hard. Overall, I can say that Winkworth can improve itself with employees who are all attentive and helpful. I had overall an average experience with them.

Given we have no record whatsoever of you as a client at the Hammersmith office, we certainly didn't lose your keys!

GoogleA very helpful and professional service from start to finish. They listened to our property requirements and showed us properties that we actually wanted to live in and not just ones that they wanted to get off their books which was a problem that we had with other estate agents in the area.

GoogleAs a landlord, I chose Winkworths from a strong field of possible agents because I believed that, as a well-established company, they would be the most reliable and efficient. This has proved to be the case. I have also been impressed by the professionalism of the staff who have been invariably polite and helpful.

GoogleAfter our house had been on the market for over 12 months and we had used 3 different agents, we finally appointed Elizabeth at Winkworths. Within a week she had generated an offer and she worked incredibly hard to drive the deal through to Exchange....we can't thank you enough for your hard work.

GoogleVery pleased with the entire Winkworth Agency team. All are very professional and attentive. They also speed up the process for us to secure a flat in very tight deadlines. I highly recommend working with them!

GoogleHaving not moved from our Shepherds Bush house for 33 years we were a bit apprehensive of the whole process. Winkworths took control and guided us through the process. Elizabeth found us a buyer within four weeks and the sale went through without any problems.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
