GoogleSelling my property through Winkworths was a very positive experience. Ben Hunt valued the property expertly with the first viewing resulting in a full asking price offer. The exchange and completion happened within 8 weeks with Henry Foreman always on hand to assist with the myriad of checks and admin required. GooglePoor communication. Sold a house through them last year and found it a frustrating process. It didn't seem important for them to provide feedback after viewings and perhaps more used to a fast paced property market, where the process drives itself and not so sure-footed in a more hesitant market. In a slow market their pessimism was palpable. I would be very surprised if that wasn't felt by the viewers. Such that, it felt like their main concern when negotiating, was to sell at any price, rather than working to get the best price. Ben, Elizabeth and the team were very friendly and ultimately did sell the property for us.

We have no record of having sold a property last year for a “P” and also are unsure as to why your review is only written in Autumn 2018, when as you say the house was sold last year. GoogleAbsolutely first class from start to finish Letting agent Dylan Kealy and the Winkworth team are friendly, professional and made the whole process of a new let easy and stress free. They are really clear with all terms, great with communications and everything is done in such a courteous manner. By far the best estate agents I've ever used and highly recommended!

While we were the buyers in this instance, we found Henry to be extremely responsive and supportive during the transaction process. We are also grateful to Henry for assisting both parties with reaching a reasonable compromise on the terms of the purchase. We would not hesitate to work with Henry on future sales on our own properties in the area.

GoogleWe decieded to sell this property after the flat above was sold within a week, and above the asking price, this was not a Winkworths sale. A few doors down was a sold sign by Winkworths. The agents who sold above us were to busy to come, even though I advised I was leaving the UK, I telephoned Winkworths and Liz was there within 30 minutes. She sent me details for marketing, and within two weeks had an offer.She then followed it through the Brexit period when a lot "fell out of bad" and we have now completed. You could not get anyone better, Winkworths should hold on to her as she is going places. Ian Feltham.

GoogleLiz was great; and made my flat sale much less stressful than i had aniticpated. Her humour, sharp mind and ability to manage my buyer, expecially when I was eating my own arm off, waiting for a deed to be signed off, on the property i was buying.; meant it was a real win win, for all concerned. Estate agents are NOT all the same. Honestly,. Liz, KNOWS what she's doing, and KNOWS the area really well. The price negotiating bit, was excellently handled too. I REALLY like her sytle: reminds me of the VERY SHARP LAWYER from the Good Wife, who appears to be wonderfully eccentric (Liz is not THAT off the wall), but who wins the case every time.....due to her efficiency, hard work, determination and people skills. Choose Liz, you will NOT be disappointed.

James is an excellent professional not only in his expertise field but also how he dealt with getting the best tenants. He is easily contacted, and very helpful at all times. I fell that James knows how to look after the client and the tenant interest at the same time. I believe this is an art, and James it's very good at it. GoogleWe have recently bought a property via Winkworth at Brook Green. Throughout the process, the real-estate agent Elizabeth Nascimento was very helpful and professional. She expedited the process by often reminding the solicitors on both sides what needed to be done, established good communication with the seller and often helped us with our requests. We would highly recommend her to those who want to sell a property as well as those who are looking for a new home.

GoogleAgencies in general do not care, but this one is out of this world. The property was filthy upon arrival. Spent hours cleaning and had to even call cleaners to help out. Lots of things not working and again waiting for hours for the contractor to arrive. Numerous questions were asked via email and only what was convenient to reply was answered... the rest was ignored. Would not recommend this agency at all. If you want to have a better experience renting a place, chose any other.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
I'm sorry to hear this. If you liaise with your property manager then any issues with the property should be able to be rectified.

GoogleExcellent experience throughout, first as buyer and then as landlord. As a buyer James was always highly professional in following up on our queries prior to purchase. Subsequent rental of the property must have beaten records. 7 viewings lined up to take place 5 hours after completion of purchase and tenant identified by 9.30am the next morning. GoogleI bought my first home from Ben so went back to Winkworth when deciding to sell. No nonsense estate agents. Liz Nascimento was brilliant guiding all parties through the process and most of all her communication so you knew what was going on good or bad was key! The team were all super friendly and when they said they would call you back they did. Would definitely use them again!
