GoogleThe people are nice but we deeply regretted using them. They have fees in their contact that are not easy to see or understand. Not happy!
We are sorry you felt our fees were not clear. When you signed our terms of business one of the clear terms on the contract page was as follows /We have read, understood and agree to the Landlord Terms of Business above. I also understand and accept that a renewal fee is payable if one or more of the tenants extend after the initial term. You were happy to sign this. Our Managing Director will be in touch this week. Been booking appointments twice for houses interested in renting. Both of them I was the first one to call in. And both of them are gone due to unknown reason, maybe because of my race. They say the people who took it got higher rents to pay. I have been calling everyday since I have seen the second house to ask is there any terms that the landlord will put forward and I will try to full fill, I just wanna secure the house. They said no. And finally they say it's gone again. Will never trust this place and never come here again. Scamming agency.
