James went above and beyond to help us navigate the purchase of our first home. Not only was he an honest and trustworthy agent, he went to great lengths to help mediate a strained relationship between solicitors. Without his assistance, I'm not sure the purchase would have happened.

GoogleGreat start didn't last. Flat sale fell through after 5 months. James unaware so we had to inform him along with the reason - buyer not wanting a leasehold property! All after he would not take our concerns seriously or consider other buyers.

We really wanted to find an estate agent with whom we felt we could communicate and would not just give us lots of charm. Once we met James we knew he was our man, and we were not disappointed. Throughout the process his warmth and down to earth presence meant that a terribly stressful time became manageable. He held our hands without pressurising us, and listened to what we said, so that we really felt we were working with him. His team were all very helpful and professional, which meant we were never worried about having any nasty surprises. I'm very grateful we found Wild and Co and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They were absolutely dedicated professionals, were always available, were enthusiastic about my property and found me a great buyer. Nothing was too much for them and all requests and questions I had were promptly answered and accommodated. Having dealt with large estate agents before, I particularly appreciated that this is a small team - just Ovi and James who knew everything about my flat. In my previous experience I dealt with large numbers of agents who may or may not have been to the property before, may or may not have been motivated, and may or may not pass on information and requests of mine. We sold our flat with Wild & Co and we can’t recommend them highly enough! We got quotes from other estate agents, but felt early on that we wanted to go with James as he was local and so knowledgeable about the area, and he understood what made our flat special. As expected, James turned out to be an absolutely first-rate estate agent, guiding us through the process, providing us with enormous amounts of support and advice when things got a little hairy (as they often do! Selling - and buying- a house can be a fraught process!), and just being an all-round reassuring presence throughout. Don’t hesitate in hiring them - you won’t regret it!
