I'd tried to sell my flat on several occasions over the years but had fallen into the trap of using the big named corporate style agencies. However, after being consistently underwhelmed I fell upon James at Wild & Co. I have to say that James is a breath of fresh air; he knows the local market inside out, gives straight up advice, speaks like human being and not like a whining nasally agent-bot, got me the price I wanted and had a firm grip on the transaction all the way through. Don't be fooled by the shiny corporates; keep it local, support a small business and instruct Wild & Co to act as your estate agent.

I can't praise Wild & Co enough for the way that they handled the sale of our Hackney flat. We initially decided to sell with Wild & Co because they were locally based and themselves lived in the area. After they listed our flat we had a lot of viewings in the first few weeks and secured a great buyer after a month, and with our onward offer accepted, the chain was complete and everything seemed to be progressing smoothly. But when the buyer pulled out for personal reasons, in the middle of the second lockdown and with our onward purchase at risk, that's when James and Ovi were really, really great. They were relentless in finding other buyers for us, trying different strategies and pursuing leads, and once we accepted a new buyer, really stuck with us until the final day of getting our sale over the line. Their communication was great, very open, accessible and frequent which made us feel a lot more confident at what was a highly stressful time. We also appreciated their honesty and local expertise when it came to how to treat offers and approach price. Overall they were just great, and we couldn't recommend them enough. Jamie & Rhia

James and his team were brilliant at getting our sale over the line, in what were very difficult and constantly changing circumstances.James has excellent knowledge of the local market and also the process of what it takes to get a property sold.First there was an honest appraisal of our property, setting realistic expectations on price.Then there was great communication over viewings and feedback.And once an offer was secured - James was constantly in touch with both us and the buyer’s side - pushing both forward and keeping the communication going.All achieved with good humour and a friendly manner.I’m certain the sale wouldn’t have gone through without him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Very easy to deal with and very reachable. Big thanks to Travis, Ovi and James for aiding us and answering all questions throughout the process. It was a pain-free, smooth process and enjoyed the nice moving-in box full of goodies that they gave us when collecting the keys! Cant recommend them enough!

You offer wasn’t accepted by the landlord: due to offering without viewing the property (which we welcomed you to view), offering lower than the asking price with a move in date end of January. We explained the reasons and sorry your offer was refused for these reasons

We recently completed a purchase through Wild and Co and we’re extremely expressed with them from start to finish. When viewing the property James was extremely knowledgable about the house and the local area. Communication was excellent throughout and we were especially impressed with how well Wild and Co kept all parties updated and ensured momentum was maintained with the sale. We were part of a long and fairly complex chain so this was especially important. We would highly recommend Wild and Co!

We had an excellent experience with James at Wild & Co. He was really knowledgeable about the area and his rates were the most competitive we found. He got the price of our flat exactly right for the market, arranged lots of viewings and was really good at negotiating with prospective buyers to get us the price we wanted. He also helped us move things along with our purchase in order to keep the chain together, which was much appreciated! I would highly recommend James and would definitely use Wild & Co. again.

James and his team are in danger of giving estate agents a good name. Really effective selling of our home so we got the asking price in a good timescale. James found the right buyers and helped us negotiate a good sale with lots of information about the different offers so we could decide on the best. He did a great job of making sure we got to exchange on both our transactions smoothly. The best in Hackney.

I was due to recently view a property that Wild & Co. were facilitating the selling of. I was told that I could view the property on the first day it was being shown and then that all offers were being taken the following Monday. I was shocked to find less than a few days before my viewing I was sent an automated email notifying me that the viewing was cancelled as an offer was being accepted.I called up hoping this was an error only to be met by a very unapologetic man on the other end of the phone who suggested this error must have been a mix up on my part. I asked if he could let me know what had happened and what procedures they have in place to avoid this and received no response or apology. I was reluctant to write a review for the first time because my experiences with estate agents have been pretty poor in London, but I hope this message is seen by the company and something changes so no one else experiences such terrible customer service and don't miss out on a great place because of the lack of integrity and overwhelming greed of this estate agents.

We’re sorry you felt we let you down. As explained, this property was previously offered for sale, sold and recently re-listed on 28th Jan. 2022.The vendor was keen to re-start initial viewings on a Saturday 5th Feb 2022. We informed everyone who had expressed an interest and we made sure you had an appointment to view the property at 10am on that Saturday 5th Feb. 2022. However, before Saturday 5th Feb. 2022, a purchaser who had previously viewed the flat made a formal offer above the asking price. Estate agents have a duty to report all offers made to the vendor and to accept their instructions; when we reported this offer, the vendor decided to accept it and cancel all further viewings. We did this as quickly as possible via email and did also tried to call you.I can only apologise if this information was not clear, and wish you well in finding the right property for you.

GoogleI have known Wild& Co for the past 5years. Being a land lady it’s sometime very hard to find the right tenant and James and his team have always find me the right tenant until date. Very friendly and always there if there’s any issue with the tenant. I would highly recommend Wild& Co if you are looking to sell, buy or rent a property. Keep it up guys.

GoogleWe booked a flat visit with this agency at 12:15 today, due to unfortunate circumstances (traffic) we were a few minutes lates (maximum 8 min) when we let the the real estate agent know he told us that he had to leave at 12:25 so basically it would have give us less than 10 minutes to visit the flat even if we were on time.... He called us being unprofessional because we were late (which can happen) instead of apologising for booking so many back to back visit which don't let room to mistakes... The minimum he could have done is to let us know that he had a hard stop at 12:25....NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Dear Jordan, I am sorry you were unable to view the property today, due to being late in traffic. I have spoken to the member of staff who has shown me the text messages (not phone calls) stating he was only able to wait at the property until 12:25pm, he also informs me he was actually there until 12:30pm (15 minutes after your booked appointment). Unfortunately, we are not always able to remain at a property if we have other appointments to get to. You do always have the option to re-book for another time. I have left you a voice message to discuss this with you. My sincere apologies again.

GoogleUnfortunately we did not have a good experience with this estate agent. We found a flat that we really liked and had two viewings with the same agent, made an offer and explained through conversation that we were serious and would like to be kept up to date with any counter offers (no details required just that someone else has made an offer). We did not hear from the agent for a number of weeks and when I got in contact I was told that the flat had be SSTC. We were very disappointed as we would have increased our offer. Not only have the company let us down but they have also let the vendor down as they could have received more money for the property. A number of phone calls I had with the agent were extremely disorganised, he kept forgetting which property I was calling about, was unable to offer much information and when I brought someone to the second viewing for an opinion on the structure and possibility of adding an extension, I overheard him tell him information which was contrary to what we had been told. The only conclusion I could draw was that he was lying to one of us and therefore was distrustful. We are left disappointed and Following our experience I would not recommend using this agent as a buyer or as a vendor.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Hello Charlotte, We are very sorry to hear this was your experience, and have looked into this with the negotiator who was working with you, and also our records. Unfortunately, your initial offer was rejected because the vendor was looking to achieve the guide price. You then increased your offer but still did not meet the guide price, which the vendor rejected straight away. The vendor was also informed you had a property yet to sell, which played a part in them rejecting your offer. We did not hear from you for almost a month, during this time, the vendor received an asking price offer from another buyer with no chain. The vendor instructed us to proceed as they had a deadline on a related purchase. We can only apologies for the inconvenience caused.

GoogleWild and Co provided excellent service when I was selling a four bed maisonette in Hackney. They were really quick in finding perspective buyers and had the flat sold quickly. There was a delay from the buyers end and they were excellent about following up with them to ensure there was no further delay. Would highly recommend.
