At the end we didn’t go ahead with the purchase so I can only comment on the customer service part, but Travis Knight was responsive and helpful throughout the viewing process and I found their listings reasonable priced.

GoogleI would give James at Wild & Co. zero stars if the option were available. I assumed that purchasing my first property would be an exciting experience but thanks to his rude and unacceptable behaviour it ended up being one of the worst experiences of my life. It has taken me some time to process how nasty and unbelievable dealing with him was. He was rude, patronising and threatening throughout the whole purchase process. The whole transaction was extremely complex and yes, at times it did feel like the sale would fall through: we are glad that you were able in the end to compete and hope you are happy in your new home. We are very hurt by your comments As you know, our client was actually the vendor but we take pride in our professionalism and we would never want anyone we deal with to feel we were acting in anything but a respectful manner, whether you are our client or not. I would refer you to the review written by the vendor in this transaction, who notes the support, advice, and good communication they experienced with our firm. As someone not familiar with Hackney he's really shown me the area well and helped me find the right property for me and my circumstances. Wild and Co provided excellent service when I was selling a four bed maisonette in Hackney. They were really quick in finding perspective buyers and had the flat sold quickly. There was a delay from the buyers end and they were excellent about following up with them to ensure there was no further delay. Would highly recommend.

James went above and beyond to help us navigate the purchase of our first home. Not only was he an honest and trustworthy agent, he went to great lengths to help mediate a strained relationship between solicitors. Without his assistance, I'm not sure the purchase would have happened.
