GoogleWe are so impressed with the whole team at Wayne & Silver. Choosing an estate agent was not an easy task but after meeting with Georgia, Cassie & Snooky we were sold. They took the time to show they really cared about us, our home, good business practice and attention to detail. That has remained 100% true throughout the rental process of our property. We were kept apprised of photography shoots, viewings, feedback, background checks and received timely updates before we even had to ask for them. They provided excellent recommendations on contract clauses, cleaning services, small bits of advice and have made us and (we hope) our tenants very happy. I continue to be impressed with their professionalism and level of communication now that our tenants are in the property. As a landlord (and from what I have seen as a tenant as well) they are a great company to work with and have advertise, list, manage & rent/sell your property). Thanks to the whole team!!!

GoogleGeorgia & Cassie were both amazing in helping us find a place in Hampstead. Great service from start to finish and would highly recommend. Thank you! :)

GoogleIf I could be bothered I’d make a formal complaint. They’re charging me thousands of pounds to manage my block every year and barely anything gets done and I have to solve everything myself.

GoogleThey sold our house quickly and with great service! We tried to sell it previously with another agent unsuccessfully, and when Adam and team took over, the results were really impressive. The photos they took were heads and shoulders in quality above our previous ones.

GoogleCosmin Ursu (together with colleagues) at Wayne & Silver has provided an outstanding service in helping me purchase my flat in South Hampstead. He has been incredibly calm, professional and proactive throughout the process, which consequently, has progressed smoothly and without any of the drama usually associated with buying a property. I recommend and thank him and W&S wholeheartedly!

GoogleI have and continue to have a first class service from this estate agency. Starting with Robert who was really constructive and helpful in getting my property ready for viewings. The team were great at keeping me up to date and I’m now very happy that they are managing the property. A great service all round

GoogleThe whole Wayne and Silver team went above and beyond the normal service in selling our flat. We struck a few obstacles along the way, and the team put in a huge effort to help us overcome those each time. So, we couldn't reccomend these guys any more highly!

GoogleUsed Georgia for finding a new home, unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to secure something together but she was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable would recommend her to those looking for a new place

GoogleMy wife and I are so happy with the service we received from Wayne & Silver and would not hesitate to recommend them. Prior to selling our flat we had valuations from a number of local agents but Wayne & Silver seemed to make the best impression. On the valuation Mark showed a lot of local area knowledge and gave me the confidence that he would be able to sell my property quickly, my flat was sold in a week and a half. Thank you so much to the team at Wayne and Silver that made selling my property a stress free experience.

GoogleWithout any doubt the best agent I have dealt with in Hampstead from a landlords perspective. They simply care about the tenancy and go well beyond any experience I’ve had with agents in the last 20 years as a landlord. Quite refreshing given the experience I had come to expect as the norm. A truly great team who actually care. Thank you to a great team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleCompletely agree with the review by Elliot Gold. Robert Wayne manages our house and is a poor communicater (the charm he displayed prior to being instructed fell away as soon as we signed). He has been slow to organise jobs, has recommended tradesmen who have not performed well and is extremely condescending. Last week he sent a man to my house to film whether I was in or not when I complained that the cleaner he sent had left after 20 minutes, very unsettling.
