GoogleRobert Wayne, who 'manages' our building, has shown himself to be a poor communicator and poor with handling your communications and files (claims to have lost service charge account files and seems to have poor record keeping). The charm he initially showed disappeared right after we signed the contract. He has been slow to arrange necessary work, recommended subpar tradesmen, and frequently adopts a condescending and insulting tone. I have never quite experienced such poor management !
Highly recommend against this firm for your management needs, they are not RICS regulated nor transparent as to who the managing entity actually is!
