GoogleWe are so happy with the service we received from Wayne and Silver, I highly recommend it! Georgia was an absolute star, she was so nice to work with and always quick to respond to our questions. She really took the time to listen to our needs and noticed the little things that others might miss. It felt like she truly cared about finding the right fit for us and ultimately we found the perfect place for our family! Thank you, Georgia, for making this such a positive experience!

GoogleSince I moved to a new apartment, problems in both my apartment and the building have been non-stop, and the property manager wayne and silver has not been helpful at all. We also constantly have a thief stealing our parcels, and nothing is being done about it. There is security at the concierge, but he only work until 5 pm, and the thief comes after that and steals our parcels, so we no longer feel safe living in this building.

GoogleI recently completed the purchase of a flat through Wayne and Silver, and the experience was unbelievably smooth - a process I genuinely didn't think was possible given the usual stress of property transactions. From the very beginning, the communication and professionalism of the entire team were outstanding, but I must give particular recognition to Josh Cohen. Josh was absolutely excellent throughout the entire process. He was highly proactive, always perfectly looped in on every detail, and his response times were incredibly quick. Josh didn't just facilitate the sale; he went the extra mile. He recommended fantastic local vendors to me, which made arranging the practicalities of the move significantly easier. He made a challenging experience into a genuinely smooth and stress-free one. If you are looking for an estate agent that delivers efficiency, expertise, and personalized, responsive service, I highly recommend Wayne and Silver, and specifically working with Josh Cohen.

GoogleI can’t recommend Wayne and Silver highly enough. The whole team, and especially Scott, were outstanding. They were incredibly informative and really went above and beyond to get a difficult sale over the line. Their professionalism was second to none. We had previously listed our flat with three other agents and it had been on the market for over a year. I only wish we’d chosen Wayne and Silver from the start. Even though our flat wasn’t the highest-value sale, Scott and the team always made us feel like we were their only clients. Thank you again for everything, we truly appreciate all your hard work.

GoogleVery poor property management. Residents are paying service charges that supposedly include concierge/security, but in reality there is no concierge or security presence at all; just cameras checked after incidents. When issues happen, residents are basically left to deal with things themselves. With parcels regularly being stolen from the building, this is extremely frustrating. I also reported an incident where vomit from an upper floor ended up on my balcony. The response from the property manager was that it “must be birds,” which was honestly dismissive and not helpful at all. Communication and support from manager has been very poor. If security/concierge is part of the service charge, then it should actually exist. Otherwise residents shouldn’t be paying for a service that isn’t being provided.

Google“A Refershing Approach” I’m going to start this review by thanking Adam Newman for all of his help and support with the sale of my property. In my lifetime I have brought and sold a number of properties in a number of different areas of the country. From my past experience I link the “Jaws “theme “ with Estate Agents. Well that was the case until my dealings with Wayne and Silver. Every member of the team has been knowledgeable, kind courteous, empathetic and understanding. When a fresh approach was needed other agents in the local area were asked for their ideas and all appeared to be either: unrealistic, lacklustred, tired or and in some cases all three. Their approach and manner were quite frankly off putting and if I thought that as a seller I knew I’d be on the back foot with potential buyers. In fact one agent when calling me to determine my thoughts called me by wrong name . However, upon speaking with Adam Newman he was enthusiastic, dynamic, his ideas were relevant. In addition he was knowledgeable of the area and the houses in the Suburb having lived and grown up in this leafy Green area of London. Not only was he knowledgeable and experienced he was professional and gave a detailed approach on how to market the house with a realistic price figure I know that the words honesty and trust are not usually words synonymous with Estate Agents but from my experience they can definitely be associated with Wayne and Silver. Adam Newman and Mark Silver viewed the property with fresh eyes and had a dynamic approach. I know that Adam Newman’s approach in selling the house was working with both me and the buyer to ensure that the best price was achieved. Adam Newman was on hand 7 days a week to answer queries and get the sale over the line. From my experience when it comes to selling a property in the suburb if you want a reliable trustworthy agent who has knowledge of the area I wouldn’t be settling for second best and be heading to Wayne and Silver. I’m have written this with sincere gratitude and thanks to Wayne and Silver.

GoogleGeorgia, Rob and Karissa were amazing. They made the rental process quick and seamless. Wayne & Silver (Rob, specifically) were the only estate agent I met last year who continued to stay in touch after my plans changed. When I then needed to rent my property out this year, Wayne & Silver were a no-brainer. The process from listing my property to finding tenants and the deposit being paid took only 3 days. While searching for a new home after our lease expired, we interacted with several real estate agents and viewed numerous properties, but nothing felt quite right. Then, I received a call from Georgia, who informed me about an off-market property and sent me its brochure. From that moment, everything progressed swiftly, from viewing the property to discussions, and finally deciding to make it our new home. Throughout the entire process, Georgia was incredibly patient and always available. She even accommodated my request to view the house again before our move-in date, which she could have easily declined but graciously did not. The team at Wayne and Silver proved to be professional, thorough, and delightful to work with. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

GoogleAppalling experience with Wayne & Silver, complete lack of responsibility and care for tenants. I live on the 14th floor, and our elevator has been shut down for over 10 days. Imagine the daily struggle of going up and down so many floors, carrying shopping, essentials, or simply trying to leave the building. I later found out that other residents have experienced the same issue for up to two months, completely unacceptable. Despite multiple complaints, Wayne & Silver have done nothing to resolve the problem, offered no compensation, and provided no alternative solutions or assistance. Their response has been slow, dismissive, and irresponsible. To make matters worse, when I asked to terminate my contract due to these unlivable conditions, they refused, leaving tenants stuck in a situation that’s both physically exhausting and unsafe. I’m genuinely disappointed by their attitude and lack of accountability. Would never recommend this agency to anyone looking for a professional or reliable letting experience.

GoogleMy flat is managed by this company. They do not provide proper security to our building as parcels are frequently stolen, to think that there's a separate post room in the building. Robbery has occurred lots of times and yet they have not improved anything to protect the tenants/owners. I'm more scared of having my parcels delivered to my own home than collecting from stores.

GoogleI had a dreadful experience with Wayne and Silver from 2021-2025 and would strongly advise against using them as your letting agents. They were incredibly slow to respond to us which allowed minor issues to escalate e.g. insufficient drain repair causing damage to flooring, never fixing windows leading to damp, not fixing a door properly resulting in damage to the wall etc. (for reference, we flagged the issue with the door in July 2021 and it was finally resolved in the spring of 2025 by which time it had created a dent in the wall). The only way we were able to get a response from the team was by relentlessly calling/emailing them and by the time they got around to addressing any issues, the damage was significant and much more expensive to fix.

GoogleWe used Wayne and Silver when selling our flat in Hampstead and they did an excellent job. We were with another agency who were not performing and Mark came with his own ideas about how to market the property effectively, and we agreed to his suggestions. The team doing the viewings built good relationships with the buyers and in the end a sale was agreed with a committed buyer. Mark and team then effectively followed up until exchange and dealt with the post completion matters. I thoroughly recomend this agent.

Within 2 days, they had shared and arranged viewings for a number of properties and within a week I had received the contract for the property I had decided to go with. Both Georgia and Cassie made themselves available in, and outside, of work hours. No question or request was too much.
