GoogleI met Greg today and he showed me around a flat in Wimbledon, he was extremely proactive in his approach, he spoke with the landlord about requirements I had before the viewing, he even had a tape measure on the viewing so I could check items would fit and even though I was late to arrive he was ultra professional. The kind of person, and company I wish there was more of.

We felt that as there is such a dearth of properties on the market, most agents are just sitting on their hands knowing that a house will sell itself. So well done Rob.

They are professional, responsive and you truly get the sense that they are working to achieving the best results for their clients - buyers and sellers. Having dealt with numerous estate agents in London over the years, I can whole heartedly say that the experience of buying through them was a great experience. Thorough, concise and happy to take time to walk you through anything you might not be clear on. A group of genuinely nice people and - as and when the time comes - will be our first port of call when we come to sell and move on. Rob in partcular was excellent. I cannot emphasise enough how much better an experience it was dealing with Warren than many of their big-name competitors. Huge thanks to the team for helping us.

In particular, Rob Ford in the Upper Richmond Road office has provided an exceptional service when dealing with sales. It was my experience of his integrity and communication as a buyer that persuaded me to instruct him as a seller. I would be happy to instruct them again in the future.

GoogleI can confirm unethical approach. I was booked for a viewing for a flat, but the night before for a coincidence I spotted that the flat was taken off the market. The day after anyway we went for the viewing, even if we travelled from Barnet (almost two hours journey) and the agent knew about it. The guy firstly arrived late without advising and then told us that basically the flat (only property available to see) was sold, but WE COULD HAVE TRIED with a offer. We ran to the office, made the offer, but after just half an hour (neither the time to submit to landlord) the secretary left a voicemail telling us that there were other 3 offers and we couldn’t go through. We waste money and a lot of time during a working day and the agent not even replied to my mail. Really disappointing and direspectful.

GoogleWould not recommend. Very unethical approach to things. We put a first offer in on a flat and instead of negotiating with us as you would expect, agent continued to show the property and take offers. We were then given a chance to outbid the highest offer, even though it had already been accepted by the landlord. A very devious and dated approach which unfortunately supports the stigma estate agents are given. Avoid.
