GoogleI gave Vesper Homes 1 house to manage 6 months ago.So far so good: tenants were found within 2 weeks. There was 1 leak which they dealt with and didn't overcharge me. Would recommend.

Hello Al, As discussed over email today. It is down to the landlord as to who they choose to rent too and we as an agency cannot force a landlord to accept your offer. Even after signing the contract, all helps are offered really quick just one small thing about moving in, my details are not fully delivered to the concierge, so it took a bit longer than expected to move in. But all actions done given the situation were goodPositiveQuality
