Harassed my girlfriend for rent due when it was an error on a place she was livings at fault, a date error so tried to charge rent for period we were told was free… when challenged this urban bubble company never replied and no apology offered. Scumbags

Awful company. The communication from them is consistently awful, emails are never responded to in a timely manner. They have been overcharging us for service charge which should have been refunded months ago. We are out of a lot of money and are struggling. They still haven’t sorted accounts from September 2020!! The online portal and documentation is also terrible and disorganised.

What a mess of a business. No wonder they have all these awful reviews.I’m a landlord and my rent is late, not on time or not correct. Nobody will reply and if you do there is a passive aggressive response by some mid level lettings manager who is as useless as they come.Regret using them and urge others to flee the sinking ship!

DO NOT USE Urban Bubble.pathetic business if the only good reviews they get is from a caretaker being nice to people and asking for a review. embarassing for them

LOOK at the bad reviews. Not a bunch of fake ones like they have in other places.never work with or rent from urbanbubble- there is a reason they close offices and are probably going to go bankrupt absoloutly rubbish company ran by a bunch of incompetent people who will make error and error after error and charge you for the delight.

I agree with other reviews. Rubbish company run by a bunch of rubbish. Don't expect them to reply to your requests or emails. They also stole tenant's deposit and didn't carry out any repairs. Why does it still exist?

Even after 2 months leaving the property, Urbanbubble HAVE NOT paid my £1,200.00 deposit fee back. The inventory has already been checked and several emails have been sent. They simply ignore all of them and do not answer phone calls. Please give my money back as agreed in the tenancy contract.
