Never reponds to clients. Never answers calls during office hours. Never updates landlords if rent is paid in case of arrears. I pay management fee every month for NOTHING! I would give ZERO star to this company if I could.

Awful really.£50k overspend on service charge.Constant poor communication.Terrible cleaning service that costs a fortune.Building insurance premiums through the roof, that can only be purchased via the lease management sister company...Incorrect building insurance calculations.They hire gibbons to manage your building, look elsewhere

This company does not care about their clients. They do not respond to queries, do not interact with clients regarding issues reported and just ignore their tenants. However, they take their direct debit payment on time, without fail.

Urban Bubble are unfortunately the people we have to deal with for our leasehold appartment.They are appallingly communicators. Emails are misred, not answered, miscommunication between departments. Very frustrating.Be prepared to repeat yourself endlessly.
