GoogleWorked with Urban Bubble for a number of years looking after Advent. Although there was lots of work to do at this site they made huge improvements and provided open and honest accounting to all residents. Would highly recommend.

GoogleGates falling down, perimeter walls falling down, cockroach in the fabrication of the building, inadequate parking, window cleaning, rusty and erosion of external balcony. All which they do nothing about. Avoid at all cost, awful customer service.
