GoogleUnique Property found me the most perfect property and they can do the same for you. I had tasked Simon with finding a very specific type of property having looked around for over 18 months in various other places. Simon found the perfect place and urged me to see a listing that I had seen online months before but decided it wasnt right. The viewing changed that, and then proceeded a very detailed and difficult set of hurdles to overcome, which Simon and Hannah supported me with throughout the process. If you can brief them with your needs and wants, then they will find you the ideal property. Not all agents are the same, their knowledge and experience speaks volumes, I thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWhat a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. Danny - one of the agents - was always super responsive and helpful. The communication throughout the process was simple and high quality and when we picked up the keys the house had been left in perfect condition, all professionally cleaned. I have only positive things to say. Unique Property provided advice about selling vs. renting, assisted us with renovations and tradespersons, and went above and beyond to support the process of changing agents, resolving issues with the property and getting new tenants.

GoogleI have been using unique properties for many years,Not just for selling but also for renting and managing a property I have in London.In the past I have used many estate agents but I find these guys the friendliest, but more importantly, the most professional and honest.I spend most of my time abroad and therefore the biggest compliment i can pay them is that I never have to think of my property in London.Shame I can only give 5 stars

Both Hannah and Dilly are very easy to work with but Dilly, in particular is very good at working in the interest of both tenant and landlord by being very reliable and responsive when it was felt that things needed attention. I would fully recommend working with them.
