I've recently concluded a house buying process with Unique Property Company. Before I met this agency, I met many other agents from different agencies. I couldn't recommend Leo and Hannah more. They were super supportive thorughout the entire process and ensured all info was 100% clear at all times. At the same time I never felt pressured or got any pushing to hurry, especially in the beginning when we negotiated and agreed on the final offer. On the contrary, they gave time and great advice thorughout allowing me to make decisions in my own pace and with all the info I needed. It's a long process, it took me 3 months, but they were available to let me go check out the property, I think I went 3 times and also kept of communicating at all stages. Thanks Leo and thanks Hannah for such a great job - I'm really happy

Hannah, Adrian and the team helped me buy a truly unique property. It was my first time buying and, althought they represented the seller, they always felt as though they were on the side of making the deal happen. Hannah's pragmatic, sensitive and good humoured approach meaningfully moderated what could have been difficult issues. There are mediocre agents, average agents and (they do exist) outstanding agents. Unique belongs to the outstanding caregory. It's only when the situation gets really sticky, someone in the chain has a major meltdown, an impossible to resolve problem crops up that you find out which type of agent you have. Boy, was I thankful I had Hannah and Simon holding it all together whilst they worked to get my sale through. And against all odds, they did it. Brilliantly. I really appreciated Hannah's voice of reason, steadying presence and very skilful progressing of the sale. That comes from long experience and great expertise. Unique aim to be, well, unique, in what they do. So if you want to avoid the mistake of paying big bucks for average service, give them a call. Say Jacky recommended you...

A breath of fresh-air when it comes to dealing with Estate Agents. A personal approach to the sale, and should definitely be the go-to agent for someone looking to buy or sell a unique property. There is a clear chain of command and structure within the organisation, so you always know who is best to approach at different steps of the sale process. They understand that there is an art to the sale of a unique property and formulaically applying a £ per square foot may not always be a fair approach. They use excellent photographers and really do their best to capture every aspect of the property up for sale - ultimately this leads to a fairer reflection of what you are selling, and results in few "false leads". There is never pressure to accept an offer, and they are open to flexible contract arrangements when it comes to doing viewings yourself. Thanks for all your help!PositiveProfessionalism
