No bookings available for Havannah House 23/24 with no explaination and late notice (most other accomodations in Glasgow are already booked out), with plans/expectations of rebooking my room.The rooms are nice with good facilities and friendly staff but the parent company (Prestige Student?) is seriously slacking.

THEY ARE ABSOLUTE TRASH I TELL YOU, THEY TRIED TO SCAM MY DEPOSIT FROM ME, I WAS MEANT TO RECEIVE MY REFUND WITHIN THE 7 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD. DON'T BOOK ANYTHING HERE, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, BUT I WILL GET MY MINEY BACK, I SWEAR IF I HAVE TO CHASE THEM I WILL.
