We have lived here for almost 1 year and it is a very cosy flat. The surrounding area is also very convenient for transport and shopping. Alessio, Sam and the rest of the staff have been very helpful during our stay. Hopefully, we will have a smooth handover at the subsequent check out stage. We would choose to stay at Uncle again if we had the chance.

From viewing the flat to moving in to now living in Uncle Colindale, the entire experience could not be smoother. The staff are courteous and have great energy. They made sure that every step was taken care of and information relayed without any delay. The facilities are fantastic and top-notch. It's been a great start to the new year!

So glad I found UNCLE New Cross and am loving my apartment! Having moved from abroad I was bombarded and hassled by shoddy realty companies and fairly irritated and stressed. When I walked into the office and met Caroline and Paco, I was instantly at ease by their authenticity and helpfulness. No hassling, no endless texts and emails - just real people making real human connections. Having them around is super. They are always on top of any questions and concerns or just available for a neighborly chat. ...And the location is perfect.

I cannot describe how many bad landlords I have had.Maybe just bad luck ?I moved in Uncle Manchester and I cannot tell you the difference, they provide a next level service.With pleasant and approachable staff, who speak with compassion and care. They have been proactive in handling any issues a 100 years old former trading hall would have, but they also gone the extra mile, communicating clearly.This building is beautiful, but not only that UNCLE do exactly what they say, They are a Landlord that's got your back!

I have lived here for almost 2 years with my partner and it has been fantastic. The manager's Katia and Antonino have been absolutely amazing. They are friendly every time they see us and make us feel welcome and at home. They are quick to help with any questions we have or if something needs fixing for example a light bulb or new battery for the door they will send someone up almost immediately to help. They will go out of there way to make sure your are comfortable and happy living here. I feel incredibly safe living here with a code entrance, security cameras and there is always a member of staff in the building and I have also seen sometimes a night manager in the office on weekends. Whenever I have ordered a package I know I don't have to worry about it. It is always excepted at the office and kept safe until I arrive home. I really love our flat it has great views from the top floors and is nice and clean and has modern appliances in bathroom and kitchen. I don't have to worry about anything breaking down even if it did they would fix it straight away. The public area downstairs is super nice and always clean we have had a few dinner party's with no issues.

I have been living at Uncle for almost 2 years and it is a great place to live. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I frequently use Amazon and any my purchase is always safe as someone of the staff will collect and store it on my behalf. They will notice me when my parcel is arrived and safe. My flat is fully equipped, of really good quality, and comfortable to live in. The building contains a small but well equipped gym, two elevators and big lounges where you can relax, watch some TV and also studying or working. The location is fantastic, it is close to the park and less than 10 minutes walking to Stockwell tube station or Wandsworth overground station . There are shops, restaurants & also a pure gym nearby. Excellent place to live in, I highly recommend it to anyone.

Apart from the beauty of the building itself, externally and internally, what makes Uncle stand out is the staff and the residents. In addition to that, the building has unmatchable feng shui - and importantly, an unbeatable location. All in all, it's an exceptional -- top notch-- place to live.The way the staff operates it makes the residents feel like they are a part of a family; always polite, friendly, caring and with a [contagious] smile. Even after a long, exhausting day, when coming back home, the staff will greet you and successfully lighten your mood up. The flats are spacious, well lit, futuristic and incredibly cozy. From the moment you want in them, they have the feeling, warmth and scent of home. UNCLE would meet -- and exceed -- your highest expectations. Hands down.

We have been living in NXG apartments for a year and a half now and absolutely love it. The flats are great and the management team are fantastic. Whenever we've had any issues Caroline and Paco have both been very responsive and have been able to get things resolved quickly. They are also doing a great job of creating a community feel within the area by arranging occasional "get togethers" with coffee and cake supplied by the coffee shop in the building, Red Lion Co.Overall, we have been really impressed with everything while living here.Elena and Liam

We have been living at NXG apartments for just under 2 years and it's been an amazing place to live. The flats are immaculate and I have never received better service by resident managers than here. Any issues are resolved swiftly and effectively and it feels really nice to have people there that are looking out for you the whole time. Our overall experience with UNCLE has been limited however we immensely appreciate the work of the residential managers at New Cross Gate! Caroline and Paco have always been ready to provide assistance to our queries and arrange the necessary repairs to issues we encountered in the flat and communal areas. It has been comforting to have a friendly and helpful on-site management team. It's a joy to live here and we would recommend it to anyone looking for great amenities and convenient commuting to Central London.

We moved into our flat 18 months ago with our now 2 year old. At the time he had and continues to have significant medical needs and living here as made a difficult period in our lives so much easier. All our minor teething problems with the flat have been immediately attended to and Paco and Caroline have always bent over backwards to help us. Having them to oversee the dozens of deliveries of medical supplies we get every month is such a blessing. Our little one particularly loves Caroline's fluffy shoes and funny faces :-)

When we moved into our new flat with 'Uncle' we were excited, however, like anyone would be, we also had our reservations. Step one was finding a flat we loved the look of and in an area that ticked the boxes for us. Step two you can't know until after you've moved in! Can this be a home to us and will it feel warm and welcoming? Well we couldn't be happier!! We moved in six months or so after the building opened and were the first to live in our flat in New Cross. The flat was perfect with a few minor snags that were spotted shortly after moving in and all resolved within a month of reporting them. Paco and Caroline our on site support staff are fantastic and have been since day one! It makes such a difference to me having on site support. Making what starts as a strange area and new home into somewhere you actually feel welcome and want to be! The on site support is non intrusive and yet always available when you need a friendly face or simply have a parcel to collect. I personally have had no issues with 'Uncle', it's staff, systems or processes. It suits my lifestyle as a young professional and the development feels safe and well maintained. In fact as time progresses the maintenance improves month on month and the speed at which things are sorted increased. If I was to ask for one change it would be very small and that's the entry system. As with many of the chosen features by Uncle it's modern which I love, however, as the system relies on my mobile phone to allow people entry it's not always that convenient. I would have loved that feature plus a standard door buzzer with an entry button. As I said that's pretty much my only constructive criticism overall the flat and it's gadgets are great. The support is consistent and friendly. The impact 'Uncle' as a company and the teams that do a great job in the background running it to me is minimal which is great. A home is a home and shouldn't feel like a temporary residence or hotel. It certainly doesn't when I close my front door I couldn't be happier. Home sweet home!

This review is specifically for the resident management at the NX Gate Apartments. Where do I begin, Caroline and Paco are so friendly, approachable and helpful. They go above and beyond if we are ever in need of assistance, from collecting our parcels to fixing a broken sink. Of course with any new build you will have teething problems but I have no complaints with how Caroline and Paco have helped us settle in. Their communication is excellent and always make sure we are well informed of any maintenance, events or activities in the area that could effect us. Other than being great office managers they are also great people, very warm and interesting and always welcome me with a smile, it is always a pleasure going down to collect my parcels. Overall they just make my life a little easier (especially with the parcel collection, as you can probably tell by the amount I've mentioned it) :-)

I've lived at UNCLE Manchester for almost 2 years, and it's been brilliant. The building is modern, well-kept and feels a safe environment to live in with plenty of security and staff. The staff are really friendly, always on-hand to help with anything you need. If something needs fixing, they are always quick to deal with it. I would highly recommend UNCLE to anyone looking to rent a flat, especially young couples like myself and my boyfriend.

One of the best locations near London, can reach Paddington in less than 20mins. The management of the apartment is excellent, have party room, Karoke room and dedicated pods to attend meetings if your are working from home. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ray, Emma and Tom, the apartment managers are very welcoming and always ready to help. Will definitely recommend UNCLE Southall.
