Fiona was really forthcoming with information about the property I viewed which was very refreshing. Fiona was able to answer almost all of the questions I had and the one she couldn't she got back to me in under an hour.

We have recently moved into my second rental now with Trading Places. We couldn't be happier with how the process has gone. Janet and Ernesta have been a pleasure to work with and we're absolutely over the moon with our new home.

We advertised the sale of our house through Trading Places, couldn't fault the service provided, everyone was professional and helpful throughout. Unfortunately we had to withdraw part way through the process and even then Jen was most understanding - marks out of 10? at least 12 we would say!

Jamie is a Star! It was the first time we rent a full property in the UK and he has been very helpful and extremely caring during the all renting process. He is really professional but also very friendly, always smiling and able to make you feel confortable! Best estate agency in the area!

After dealing with so many real estate agents, I nearly lost hope in humanity. Thankfully this company exists and I cannot recommend it more. They are amazing, professional and so human. Gary and Kevin, that I personally spoke with, are just brilliant and very helpful.

I had an excellent experience with Trading Places and, in particular, Jamie Gordon. Jamie was professional, diligent and ensured the whole process of letting out my property ran smoothly from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Trading Places and Jamie to landlords and tenants alike.

Every single estate agent my housemate and I have used in London has been terrible - bar Trading Places. Their team are so lovely, really helpful and responsive for any queries or issues. We can’t thank them enough!

Jennifer is highly professional and a real credit to Trading Places. She made selling our house a breeze. Photos were great too, perfecting each shot. We viewed the property description and photos before they hit Rightmove etc. Highly recommended estate agent. The best in Leytonstone!
