GoogleTrading Places have been fantastic from beginning to end. They found our perfect house to rent off market, arranged viewings at really short notice and all the admin was very straightforward. GooglePhoned Trading Places Estate and Letting Agents 4 times over three days for an agent to phone back regarding letting and sales. Gave them cell number and email no reply although one staff member said lettings tried to phoned on my cell - no missed or incoming calls registered or in junk mail. Cancelled my enquiry with them 16Nov19 as they can’t get basics right to start with.
Hi Alan, we're sorry to hear this. I have spoken with the team and understand that you called up on Thursday, and Jamie, who was not working that day, called you back on the Friday and spoke to you regarding lettings. It was left that Jennifer would give you a call to discuss the sales side of your enquiry, with a view to potentially meet with you on the Saturday. Jennifer tried calling you on Friday afternoon, but had appointments for the rest of the day so was unavailable when you called again late on Friday. You then called up on Saturday to say you was unhappy and no longer wanted to take things any further. Jennifer did call you again after her early morning appointment, but you reiterated that you was not happy and the call ended there. Clearly this is our loss, and we're sorry you was left feeling disappointed. All the best with selling/letting your property, if you were to consider our services again in the future, we would be grateful for the opportunity. Kind regards Gary and The Trading Places Team

We had a nightmare with our previous estate agents, so it was perfect timing coming to Trading Places, as they really go the extra mile to make sure everything is ok.
