GoogleTilson and Spencer and (particularly in our case) the brilliant Kynan, were superb. Really great communication and a genuine care and empathy was shown by Ky throughout and he made, what wasn't always an easy process, as smooth as he possibly could. I don't usually write reviews but the service from these guys is well worth sharing to others, as buying and selling a house is stressful at the best of times! 100% would go back to them if and when we move.

Googlehello my name is Sam, I have recently bought a property through Tilson & Spencer and suddenly I regretted that because once I got the keys of the property I noticed that one of the white goods is not working, before I bought the property I have paid a surveyor to carry out the survey, it was notice that there was an issue with electrical system, so it’s need an upgrade on the electrical system and provide a test certificate, the state agent that was representing the vendor sent me an e-mail confirming that everything was rectified, but as I said above once I got the keys of the property I found out the problem whit the white goods. I contacted the state agent but I regretted that because they are unprofessional and unworthy of the time wasted chasing to fix the issue. I strongly suggest to be aware of their behaviour and check everything before you commit with them or find a different solution. Kind regards, Sam.

GoogleWe just sold our flat in North Tottenham with Darryl, who has an excellent local knowledge and throughout the process was always very professional, friendly and approachable. Thanks to him, everything was very straight forward and hassle free. We also received a very personable service, he kept us positive and made us feel important customers. We kept regular communication via email and phone, and I felt I could always get in touch with him whenever I needed (for someone as anxious as me, it made a massive difference). Everyone else in T&S office were also friendly and professional. Definitely recommend their service.
