GoogleExcellent service all round. We sold our flat (N15) with them recently. From the outset Kynan was enthusiastic about our property, really knowledgeable about the area and super-helpful and supportive at every stage of the process. More than happy to go above-and-beyond to make everything happen and achieve great results for everyone involved too. Honestly couldn’t recommend Tilson & Spencer highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBambos and his team prove that good estate agents are rare in London but do exist. They genuinely care about their tenants and fixe issues as soon as they happen. I can not recommend them enough!

GoogleKynan is a real genuine guy. Really helpful service. Always answers calls and emails promptly. He keeps his word. And they were very patient with us despite a long and stressful process with multiple hiccups. They helped us multiple times when we were struggling to get into contact with the seller. Between the mortgage lender, solicitors and management company, it seemed at times like Tilson & Spencer were the only competent party.

From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to guide us every step of the way, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for better agents. Highly recommend !

GoogleI had great success in the sale of our house and highly recommend anyone selling to give Tilson & Spencer at Tottenham a call. It was such a pleasure to work with Darryl who is professional, organised and has a pleasant personality. I would recommend Darryl to anyone looking to buy or sell! Thank you for the outstanding service!

GoogleKynan is one the best estate agents we have dealt with. Not only is he knowledgeable but he really puts the people in front of him first. He goes the extra mile for both the tenants and landlords. I cannot thank Kynan enough for all his support, keep up the good work and thank you for all your help.

GoogleDarryl and Kynan were really great to work with and we felt they understood our property. We really appreciated their professionalism and approach during, what was a difficult time to sell during the height of covid. Whilst ours wasn't the easiest of sales, we got there in the end and achieved a sale above the list price. Thanks guys!

GoogleProfessional, friendly and proactive, an excellent experience from start to finish. A special thanks to Reyon, who went out of his way to help and was a pleasure to deal with. Other agents should aspire to the level of service provided by Tilson & Spencer. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleAs exciting as it is to start a new chapter and move into a new home, packing up and selling your current one really isn’t. Especially when you have kids, too. It’s intense. Big and unsettling decisions need to be made and once they have, the constant air of uncertainty becomes a normality. The trick is to ‘partner up’ with an estate agent like Tilson & Spencer and specifically Kynan, who ran the show, and your whole experience will become way less scary. Sharp, friendly, knowledgeable and refreshingly informal. From start to finish. Even though I sold my home with Tilson & Spencer to start a new chapter with my family in a different postcode, I’ll still have to walk past the windows of their office from time to time. I’ll be giving them a knock and wave as I go.

GoogleKy and his team managed our property in Tottenham and later sold it for us. I didn't think that a good managing agent existed (we've had a few) but then I met Ky. His commitment to looking after our property for us was exceptional, finding excellent contractors when works needed doing and managing them for us. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. When it came to selling, he again managed the process for us seamlessly, guiding us confidently through everything. He is the kindest, most genuine person. Something I never thought I would say about an estate agent!

GoogleReyon and Kynan from Tilson and Spencer are an absolute pleasure to work with. They took all the pain out of selling our property and dealt with every issue in a calm and collected manner. For anyone looking to buy or sell in Tottenham and the surrounding areas, I can't recommend Tilson and Spencer any higher.

GoogleIt's not often that I leave a review for a fellow agent but having had this Estate Agency involved in one of our chains was refreshing. Kynan who assisted in the sales coordination was very good at keeping us in loop and helped push this to a speedy exchange as we had some serious time commitments. It would be a pleasure to work with them again. Stuart Harris - Director, Arlington Park, Norwich.
