Very careful to details, the agents put themselves in the tenant's shoes as well as the landlord's and they seek to find the best solution for both parties. GoogleI received brilliant service from Ky and the T&S team in regards to the recent sale of my apartment. I was slightly apprehensive in terms of selling my property in the height of the pandemic whilst full Covid-19 restrictions were in place. All of these fears were quickly eradicated due to the professional clear and safety focused service and advise I received throughout the whole process from marketing my property to arranging viewings and overall completion. GoogleWhether buying, selling or renting the property business can be very daunting. In my 25+ years experience most estate agents lack transparency, good communication and attention to detail. Tilson & Spencer is truly the exception to the rule. They show an unprecedented capacity & willingness to go that extra mile or two or three. A few things that stand out about them are, communication, efficiency and knowledge when it comes to Tottenham and the surrounding areas. GoogleKy was just perfect. EFFICIENT: he knows exactly what needs to be done and when. RESPONSIVE: he always replies promptly to your queries and, if something needs dealing with, he does it immediately. Plus, he's always FRIENDLY. GoogleBambos and Darryl did a fantastic job at selling our house. Their valuation, marketing and organisation and conduct of viewings led to us agreeing to a good sale price very quickly. They also managed to find us the family home we were looking for in the perfect location for us. Buying and selling during lockdown was certainly a challenge, but Tilson and Spencer made this my least stressful home purchase! Thank you to all the team!

They are attentive to the client needs and for me and my daughter the team had gone beyond all expectations! They were the most supportive team of agents to solve paper work and references - simple and with no bureaucracy. GoogleWhat a refreshing experience! An estate agent that is friendly, honest and goes that extra mile! All the staff were extremely helpful and our agent, Kynan, was always available. He was so helpful and attentive and such a nice guy! I feel like I have friends in the area now! They all have a fundamentally solid knowledge of the local area and are passionate about it too. They made the whole process painless and it felt like they really cared. I will 100% use them again.

GoogleWe did some pretty good research before choosing Tilson and Spencer and took the advice of an estate agent friend and went with local knowledge and enthusiasm coupled with data about who was successfully selling properties like ours. Kynan from Tilson and Spencer knew the area and knew what people were looking for and gave us excellent advice throughout. He was open to suggestions but firm when he needed to be and our property sold very quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Tilson and Spencer had excellent communication throughout and were always contactable and I always felt I could ask questions and clarifications at any point and always received prompt responses. If you are looking to move to the area or have a property in their area and I would definitely recommend using them. Ben Q

GoogleBrilliant! We have just sold our flat through them and they were absolutely bloody brilliant from start to end! Very professional and friendly...with a sense of humour which you definitely need when selling or buying a property as it can be very stressful! GoogleWould really recommend!! Kynan and Bambos at Tilson and Spencer are so enthusiastic and so attentive. Their communication was really excellent throughout a long and complicated sale of our flat. They always checked in with us and told us what was going on. We met with a few different agents and they really stood out as the most helpful and genuinely enthusiastic about the flat and area, which then rubbed off on potential buyers. Would definitely use again!

GoogleI juste sold my flat with Tilson & Spencer. It had been on the market for nearly 8 months before I came across their agency. As I couldn’t seem to sell the flat, I switched to this local agency as a « last resort ». Within 2 days I had a very strong & serious offer that I accepted. From then on, the whole process has been so smooth & efficient. Kynan, who runs the agency, has been very helpful, professional & proactive all along. He has made the process, dare I say, enjoyable for me who is really not very clued up about those transactions I can only praise his professionalism, customer service, delivery, as well as competitive rates. I highly recommend this agency and will go back to them next time I need to deal with properties Thank you!
