GoogleMy Fiancé and I started looking for a house to build a home for ourselves, and I honestly didn't think we'd find it. That is, until we did. Ky and Reyon have help us in making this dream a reality. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work, perseverance, commitment and prompt follow-ups. Hope to see you both at the wedding!

GoogleWhen I met Darryl I was impressed by his clear, friendly communication and his can do attitude. I had some concerns about getting back and forth to the property during the process of the sale. Darryl told me he would see to everything and I was not to worry. He kept his word and guided me through the whole process. It is rare to find an agent willing to go the extra mile after they have secured a sale. Well done Tilson and Spencer and a special thank you to Darryl for doing an excellent job!

GooglePositive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This on behalf of my mum Ms Barnett Having lived in my home for nearly 34 years l was naturally quite apprehensive about making the neccessary move to down-size and move into property with one-floor living. I approached Tilson and Spencer as l had heard they were an up and coming, dynamic, professional estate agents who know the Tottenham area well. I approached them; l was happy with what they offered and l easily reached the decision to put my beloved house on the market with Tilson and Spencer. Darryl was the estate agent allocated to work with me and he was absolutely brilliant. I cannot fault him in anyway. He understood my anxieties about moving and walked me through the process, gave me constructive advice and showed me empathy and understanding during the periods where l was crying or upset. What l thought would be a 12-13 week process more than doubled due to hitches within the chain. Throughout this period remained calm, accessible and responsive. If it wasn't for Darryl l would have pulled out of the process; he literally kept me going right through to the finishing line which was.................yesterday!! He was an absolute star and l cannot thank him enough. If there is a nomination for estate agent of the year Darryl would definately have my vote. He is the best.1

GoogleFrom the first moment I made contact with Darryl Morgan at Tilson and Spencer I felt very confident in instructing this estate agency. Following several conversations with Darryl I also felt that he wasn't just pitching for an instruction, but that he genuinely wanted to help and to provide me with an excellent service. Darryl went out of his way to assist me in my sale, dealing with a tenant who was leaving the property, spending a great deal of time on this occasion to make life easier for me. He then went on to find two buyers in double quick time. I have no hesitation in recommending Darryl and his team who are honest, efficient, energetic and who, in their dealings with me, have only ever acted with integrity.

GoogleKynan was an absolutely resolute professional throughout the process and I couldn't recommend him higher and I was the buyer! After having had a few interactions with real estate agents prior, I had my natural skepticism but I was blown away by how genuinely nice and reassuring Kynan was throughout the process; even when facing issues that naturally crop up through the house buying process, he was able to clearly communicate between the parties, take time and care in understanding them and helped smooth things over. I genuinely felt like Tilson & Spencer went to bat for me and helped me land a house that was the right fit and the right place. Thank you!

GoogleBig Shout Out to Kynan Linton at Tilson and Spencer! Kynan is soooo professional and human with BIG HEART! He had lovely 3 years in wonderful property rented to us from agency. Everything went so smooth! Move in and move out. Our child has social communication disorder so moving for him was such a big thing- he had enough time to prepare him to live in new home. 🖤 Thank You for everything what You have done for us. Very highly recommended!

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with this agency, and the Lettings Manager, Bambos, is truly exceptional. Unlike other places I’ve worked where tenants are often blamed when things go wrong, Bambos always puts himself in everyone’s shoes and ensures issues are sorted out as quickly as possible. New tenants are always happy when receiving their keys, and that happiness continues throughout their tenancy, which is why tenants often stay long term due to the fantastic service provided. Landlords clearly respect and trust Bambos with their properties, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and integrity. I’m grateful to have learned so much from him, his patience and guidance made me a much better letting negotiator. The whole team is very professional and kind towards their clients🩷 I highly recommend this agency🩷

Bambos was attentive and professional and helped me swiftly through the process from seeing the flat, to organising and interview with the landlord, to moving me in. GoogleKynan was everything we hoped for in an estate agent when buying a property in the area. Helpful, friendly and engaging without ever coming across as pushy. On several occasions, Ky went that bit further to help us out - making sure he returned our calls even if it was late in the day, responding to emails on his day off, acting quickly and conscientiously in response to our queries etc. Compared to other estate agents from other local firms that we encountered when looking for a property, he is miles ahead in terms of professionalism, demeanor and helpfulness.

GoogleWe recently sold our property and cannot recommend them highly enough. Kynan was always there when we needed him day or night to resolve any problems we had. Unlike other estate agents it was obvious that Kynan was actively trying to find a buyer for our flat and not just let it sit on their books. The whole process was open and honest which was refreshing after some of our previous dealings with estate agents. Kynan is a genuinely nice guy and a pleasure to do business with, we will be using them again when we come to sell.

GoogleTilson & Spencer is a local estate agent with a wealth of knowledge of Tottenham and the local area. Kynan has advised us on the potential of our property and found us a right buyer in a very short time. Our flat was sold within two weeks. Kynan was extremely efficient in keeping us updated, which made the communications between parties as easy as it could be. In this hugely stressful time he managed to keep us calm and re-assured. He has a network of satellite businesses (solicitors, photographer etc) needed for the sale of the property to go as smoothly as it can. He also does his research thoroughly and manages to match the right buyer with the right property.

GoogleWe had to find a place quite last minute due to our landlord selling up. Bambos from Tilson & Spencer was so helpful in finding our dream flat. Really attentive and considerate which is tough to find in a London estate agent. We've had some nightmares whilst viewing properties and these guys were the light at the end of the tunnel. Definitely recommend.
