I have used Stow Brothers for a sale and purchase 2 years apart now and both times they have been incredible. I had the wonderful Andrew Le Surf when we purchased the house and I have to say I was a little nervous to have another agent this time around - we were paired with Anita and thankfully she was also excellent - efficient, pleasant to deal with and very responsive. Mega fan of Stow Brothers and would always choose them again in the future. Their charge is marginally more expensive than central who we sold with last time and worlds apart with the experience so if you are on the fence - choose stow.

GoogleMoving home can be stressful, but I can genuinely say that Stow Brothers provided a clear, supportive process and an excellent service. Specific mention to Ingrid N, who acted as many letting advisor - superb. All information was relevant to my search, and my criteria were understood with quick responses and efforts made to accommodate my work schedule. The agency and Ingrid interacted differently from many other agents I tried; they never pushed, and never inundated or oversold products. I received video viewings when work was too busy to view. Meanwhile, their deposit, pre-contract, and post-contract systems are also very clear and seem safe, easy to understand, and comprehensive.

We have been incredibly impressed with the dedication and support we received throughout the entire process. We have been blown away by Victoria, our sales advisor, who has been available 24/7 to answer all our questions and help problem solve all the hurdles we faced. Her level of support truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for all of her hard work and dedication. She was absolutely incredible. It made such a difference having someone we could call to discuss issues and work through solutions together, rather than feeling like we were dealing with everything alone. As we were in the middle of the chain, communication was vital, and Victoria worked tirelessly to keep information flowing between all parties. She regularly chased solicitors, kept everyone informed, and helped ensure everything stayed on track. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. Eva, Lachlan, Victoria, Patrick, Claudia and Charley supported me with absolute professionalism, commitment and good humour. Selling a home really is one of life’s most stressful events, but I felt secure knowing Stow Brothers had my back the whole way through, managing all the details, and keeping the process on track. Having had a terrible experience with a more traditional E5 agent, Stow Brothers are the only ones I’d recommend. Impressed by the consistent high level of service from Stow Brothers property management. Staff members, especially Hanna Dewsnap, are really helpful and sort out any issues promptly and effectively. Hanna is organised and on the ball, always giving us advance notice of works to be done and landlord requirements.
