GoogleWe successfully sold our Walthamstow flat with Stow Brothers in 2021. They are very much in keeping with the current hipness of East London, and the sales team were responsive to communications, though not always on exactly the same page when it came to the latest information. We liked that Stow Bros invest significantly in the local area, and give money to local charities if you allow them to put a sign up.

GoogleI was looking for a property to rent specifically in Walthamstow and I heard that Stow Brothers were significantly better than other agencies. I can confirm that their reputation is definitely deserved! They assisted me throughout the tenancy (especially my tenancy manager Chris), going beyond their responsibilities when the landlord wasn't cooperative. When I left for a bigger property, the moving out process was very quick, smooth and really client-focus. I was lucky to have Stow Brothers assisting me through it.

GoogleWe have just moved in to our property and from meeting our agent (Kenan) on the first day of viewing to picking up the keys - Stowbrothers have been a breath of fresh air. Kenan ensured nothing was too much trouble, kept us regularly updated and liaised between us, our solicitor and the vendor to ensure the transaction happened as quickly and smoothly as possible. Having dealt with numerous agents over the last 10 years, Stowbrothers are head and shoulders above anyone we have used. Thank you and we'll be back if and when we sell/let!

GoogleA delight to deal with from start to finish. When I bought my first place, the estate agents treated me like an inconvenience and added hugely to the stress. I couldn’t face that again and didn’t want to inflict it on my buyer! Stow Bros lived up to their billing as a totally different bunch. William who handled my sale gave the whole thing a human touch and he was a pleasure to deal with, and unphased by a number of major setbacks. Despite the nice guy stuff, they were also sharp on the details and valuation. Highly recommended.

GoogleBefore purchasing a property, I had the normal fears of estate agents living up to their reputation of deception and extortion. Working with the Stow Brothers dispelled any of these anxieties and actually impressed me with how communicative and good-natured they were in all my dealings with them. Willing to help with any questions or queries I had an proactively following up on conversations when necessary, they were a pleasure to work with. Jon, my point of contact, was especially responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend.

GoogleWe had heard good things about Stow Brothers and had been far from impressed in our dealings with other estate agents when we bought our house a few years ago. We are now planning for the long term and wanted to understand where the market is at and what our house would be worth (selling or renting) since there is a work opportunity on the horizon might require a move. So we figured this would give us a sense of whether this was a firm we could work with... in particular, we wanted to see if they had a long view of customer relationships or just wanted to make commission as quickly as possible. We were really pleased with the service that we received: knowledgeable, friendly, and no hard sell. We will definitely be ringing them first when we know what our future holds.

GoogleWe are yet to move into our flat that we are renting with Stow Brothers but so far their service has been great. We've been communicating mostly with Hannah who has been incredibly helpful in answering all our questions and guiding us through the registration/reference processes. We have both been living in East London for over a decade and feel a strong connection with this area, we're really happy to have found our new home through an estate agent who is making a genuine effort to look out for their customers/tenants and engaged in an array of activities with the local community.

GoogleJay our property manager is extremely professional and friendly. She's always available by phone and email and has always done everything she can to get any issues with our property sorted as soon as she can. In general I find Stow Brothers much more friendly and in touch with the human side of letting / renting that other agents I've dealt with in the past.
