Her communication has been great, even when she has had to reschedule.. she took accountability, was honest and transparent. Nina goes above and beyond and always makes herself readily available for any questions we have. She is friendly and professional and we have throughly enjoyed working with her to secure our new flat.

GoogleWe’ve had the pleasure of working with Oliver Wilson at the chant group as part of our recent house move and rental. I cannot recommend Oliver enough. He’s been both responsive and flexible as well as extremely helpful in negotiating fairly with the landlord and supporting us through a slightly untraditional move. The team on the admin and contracts side have equally been both prompt, clear and helpful.

GoogleSix Months of Rodent Infestation Six Months of Rodent Infestation, No Real Resolution We’ve endured six months of rodent infestation in a property managed by The Chant Group, and the experience has been appalling. Despite countless emails, pest control reports, and even rodents getting into our bedroom and personal belongings, the issue was never taken seriously. Instead of acting on clear professional advice for structural proofing, we were sent a handyman who carried out poor patch-up work, which pest control later confirmed was inadequate. The problem has repeatedly been downplayed, communication has been inconsistent, and there's been no meaningful accountability or urgency. We’ve had to throw away contaminated items, constantly disinfect our home, and live with stress and disruption for half a year. For a premium rent, this level of mismanagement is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before renting a property managed by The Chant Group.

GoogleI had experience to get property as tenant in Harlow through CHANT group . I had all the help and guidance needed especially Oliver Wilson who was looking after my agreement. I will highly recommend CHANT Group because i was struggling to get property via other local agencies for last 1 and half months. Thanks to Oliver and team sorted for me in 2 weeks time every thing to get property.

GoogleI have just moved into an apartment and had a great experience working with Ella, who is extremely nice and responds very fast, which made communication very easy. I was able to find a place better than I had hoped, and the guarantee that the property would not be subject to a bidding war allowed for peace of mind.

GoogleDon’t trust! I saw a flat on Rightmove with beautiful pictures and a very good price (I should know better), but things happened and I sent an enquiry. Had a call immediately and booked a viewing for the next day. To start in the email the time was 6:30, but at 6:08 agent called me that I was late and he needed to be somewhere else in 35 min. That’s ok, can happen, I was almost there anyway. But the star of the show is a flat the agent showed me. To say it was a completely different flat is to say nothing. The agent said the pictures are renders for people to buy a flat from the developer. So why the hell is it on the rent section? False advertisement and loss of time. To be fair the agent was very nice to me, so I believe the staff is good.

We pride ourselves on transparency and in delivering excellent customer service, so have taken your points on board, and will be relaying this to my team. Having now looked at the factors involving your complaint, I can see the photos we are using for this property are stock photos provided by developer, where it clearly stipulates that these are illustration photos being used, in order to give prospective tenants an idea on spec and finish as well as the amenities within the development so although it is clear on the advertisement, we take on board this could have been further relayed in the telephone conversation. The property you viewed with us, was ironically a bigger apartment. In relation to the negotiator that called you re the viewing time, this was a mistake on his side, as there was a block viewing taking place and he simply mixed up his times. GoogleNina has been really helpful in finding us a good rental property for when we start new jobs in September. Her communication is excellent (and very fast) and she was happy to travel across London at 6pm to meet us for a viewing. She goes out of her way to help. Communication with the agency in general has been good and we have received all paperwork very promptly. Thanks Nina!

GoogleI was recommended The Chant Group by a friend who had let their house through them in Liverpool Street late last year (2020). I was instantly impressed from my first conversation with Anthony, who demonstrated an immediate deep knowledge of my area (old Street) including pricing and demand. I have used a number of different local agents over the years but Anthony provided a true consultancy service and worked extremely hard to get my flat rented in a difficult environment. They have now let 2 of my properties in last 2 months and they will be my default agent going forward - special mention to Megan who was extremely efficient when dealing with an issue on a failed EICR and resolved it for me very quickly.

GoogleI recently rented my property through The Chant Group and cannot recommend them highly enough. The level of professionalism along with the advice I was given was crucial in me getting good tenants and avoiding further void periods due to the previous tenant moving out suddenly after lockdown. They were the only agents that I spoke to(and I spoke to a lot) who not only filled me with confidence when it mattered but delivered at a torrid time. Chris and Peter were amazing throughout and worked so tirelessly getting it over the line. Would never use another agent again, 5 star service.
