GoogleNice agents but very unreliable - I tried to contact many times for a whole week to receive updates on several different viewings that were suggested by an agent, as we’d heard no information about the properties or even been shown pictures. We weren’t contacted until an hour before they finally wanted to show us a property which obviously we were not available for ☹️

We pride ourselves on transparency and in delivering excellent customer service, so have taken your points on board, and will be relaying this to my team. Having now looked at the factors involving your complaint, we were unfortunately unable to show you the property that you were booked in to see, because the current tenants refused access (despite being given correct notice and confirming in writing to us), this must have been massively frustrating for you as it was for us. I have also spoken with the negotiator that you were dealing with and agree, the communication from our side should have been better.
