GoogleI was lucky to have a good property agency excellent customer service, offering prompt responses, clear communication, and personalized advice. The agent Omar was very understanding and great in communicating and very willing to solve any issues . I Couldn't thank him enough with all his colleagues for give me a chance to be in the area I want to be with my family .

GoogleCurrently living in a new home with my wife and newborn daughter and the chant group are the ones who literally bent over backwards and performed magic to help me in a time I needed it, to support my family. Nina, was absolutely incredible and i fully intend to use these services again because of Nina. I highly recommend the chant group to anyone who is looking for a new home and requires a much more human touch to an estate agents. Nina is a credit to the business!

Nina and Khrystyna as well absolutely and without any doubt, from the first introduction to the finalisation and availability thereafter, it was top notch. Nina and Khrystyna made it easy for me to find a nice apartment at a good price, reassuring me and guiding me through the process. They are polite, friendly, professional and work honestly with their customers. My experience with Chant Groupe comes highly recommended. GoogleAvoid Chant Group at All Costs My experience with Chant Group has been nothing short of a nightmare. Before we moved into my flat , we were promised by Oliver Wilson that the tenancy term could be adjusted if necessary. We signed the contract under this assurance, only to have Chant Group completely disregard their commitment. Despite having clear evidence of this agreement and Pamela Traba’s confirmation that changes would be made, the company has been unresponsive and blatantly unhelpful. Their lack of integrity and poor customer service make them a landlord to avoid. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from Chant Group.

Dear Jodie Cunden, Thank you for your review. I have now had an opportunity to go through your file and am somewhat unsure as to what it is The Chant Group have done wrong here. You entered into a 24-month tenancy on a property in July 2023, and expressed an interest on knowing the protocol on breaking your tenancy early, back in August 2023, 1 month later. Pamela explained the process to you, whereby there would be an exit fee involved, if and only if we were asked to relet the property for you, you then replied to say that you felt you had been misled by Oliver however could only provide a print screen conversation via what’s app asking questions before you took the flat, where you ask if you can take for 12 months, you provided nothing to confirm, why you had agreed and signed up to a 24 month tenancy. You have stated that Pamalea was unresponsive and blatantly unhelpful, however I can see she has responded to every email you sent. You have now 13 months later posted a review because our new property manager reiterated the same point. We pride ourselves on transparency and in delivering excellent customer service, so am genuinely sorry you feel unhappy with this. GoogleI had the wonderful privilege of working with Charles and he helped me and my family find a lovely place through virtual viewings. We spoke a few times over the phone and over facetime and I appreciated his genuine input and help throughout the whole process. It is not easy having someone trustworthy especially when you can not make it to see the viewings in person as I was moving from a far place out but Charles was quickly someone that I could trust and glad we met him. The Chant Group was very understanding throughout the whole process and made it easy and comfortable for the transition to occur. We highly recommend The Chant Group and Charles especially as he went above and beyond his normal working hours to answer all and any questions we had.

Coming over from the US, we were rather in the dark about how things worked here, but Oliver was brilliant in making the whole process flow seamlessly. He was always on hand to guide us through each step with great clarity, ensuring everything went without a hitch. We couldn't have hoped for a smoother experience!

GoogleNina was helpful when securing the property- but once the property was secured failed to secure any of the promises re cleaning painting moldy walls giving us keys etc. We had to fight for all these things ourselves and still have never had the painting done

Dear Nicolas We are disappointed to read your review, especially when you have not contacted our office since you moved into the property in July. I understand, you were not happy with the clean that the previous tenant had facilitated, which we immediately rectified by sending our cleaners to the property, I was told you were happy with the job our cleaners had done. I have gone through your file to establish, the facts to best respond. The clean was remedied as soon as you moved in and the missing fob was, I am told, provided by the landlord. As you are aware, we are not managing this property, so would be completely unaware if there were any issues in the property which the landlord had not addressed unless you contacted us and asked for help, which you never did. You have instead posted a review 4 months later, stipulating the service was good before you moved in and poor after(ironically when we were no longer involved as landlord manages her own properties). It would appear, a lot of the problems which you are encountering, haven’t come as a result of The Chant Group, but more remedial works not being completed by the landlord. Throughout our time there, Pamela was super quick at sorting out any issues that popped up and kept us in the loop with regular updates. Whenever we had questions or needed help, she was always on the ball and made our renting experience a breeze. If you're looking to rent, we totally recommend The Chant Group - everyone we dealt with there was incredibly friendly and helpful!

He was very helpful, accommodating our schedule, and went above and beyond on the day of handover, even helping carry some of my daughter’s luggage up the stairs. A true gentleman!

I was quite desperate to move into London with a new job offer requiring me to start in 1 month, Oliver was able to provide a choice of properties which catered to my needs before my job start date. GoogleI been looking for place for more than a moth, waiting for different agencies to reply to my view request for different properties. I found Chant group on right moves and not even 5 mins after my view request I received a phone call from Jack. I was shocked at someone actually was working on Friday at 5:30pm. For my surprise I managed to book a view for the next morning .and got the property straight away. I was shocked how organised was everything and how well they manage the bussness going. Highly recommend to anyone who is tired of agencies wasting their time and money . Thank you Jack and everyone great job

GoogleAs an expat coming blind into the London rental market, Nina took so much extra time to help me understand and navigate the process that I had no desire to work with anyone else. Always responsive, she stuck with me through a couple months of questions (some of them probably pretty dumb) several showings, and a decent amount of trepidation on my part. Ultimately, we found exactly the flat I was looking for, and I couldn't be happier. During the contracting process, Khrystyna was communicative through each step of the process, helping us overcome some last-minute hurdles. Special shout-out to Oliver for some additional advice, and to Perry for being willing to go outside & yell at me from the street so I could be assured that the windows insulated sound well :)

GoogleIt was my first time renting property in London and I had a great experience with Oliver Wilson from The Chant Group. I started with an email and he called me in 10 minutes which far exceeded my expectation. During the renting process he was very responsive (even after normal working hours) with professional knowledge and attitude. With his support, the whole process was completed in about 2 weeks! So I highly recommend Oliver Wilson and the Chant Group and I have already referred my friend to them. If I have to rent / buy property in the future I will definitely come back to them.
