GoogleHad a viewing today with Tennison, unfortunately the property wasn't quite right but Angela was by far the more genuine and non-pushy agent we've dealt with. After some really bad experiences, we really appreciated that sort of customer service in this industry.

Both Abby and Aubrey have been very accommodating and helpful during the changing of tenancy process, particularly given that some members of our household have not been the most responsive. They have been very patient and understanding, and have helped get everything sorted as soon as possible. They communicated clearly what needed to be done and let us sort out a lot of it between ourselves which made things easier. Always easy to get hold of and happy to help :)

We recently bought our family home from Tennison. Unlike other estate agents, Mohammed helped us discover our requirements at our own pace without being either pushy or over selling the property. When we had to renegotiate due to the bank's down valuation, Mohammed helped balance competing interests. Finally good communication and regular updates helped us complete the transaction within 3 weeks of renegotiation.

GoogleThe best agency we have worked with. They care about the tenants as well not only about the landlords. Pros. Good properties and the right price. Very professional and helpful. In their hand your are safe. We would recommend to anyone. Good prices, rather cheap in compassion with other agencies. Cons Professional cleaning for check out is mandatory. However, the property was very clean on check in so I guess is fair. Advice from our experience Be careful to discuss in time the extension of your agreement(if you wish so), so you don't put yourself in a weak position with the landlord. Landlords will try to rip you off there is no doubt about that. Be careful on what company you select for check out professional cleaning, they are rather expensive and dismissive knowing that you must take them on board.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
