I have always admired Tennison Property's ability to assist with ease and especially with in timing constraints.Their properties are always well maintained and their friendly etiquette is second to none. I have used Tennisons in two of my rental agreements and to be quite honest in SW20 their is no better Agent. Thanks to Aubrey , Abbey and the team for assisting me with my rental procedures. GoogleI’ve been a very happy client of Tennison property for 7 years - first as a landlord and more recently as a seller. Tennison has unparalleled local knowledge and operates with the highest level of integrity and great client service, which means doing what’s right for both sides - and saying it as it is - even if it’s not what you want to hear. They have been able to secure great tenants and rent levels in line with the market and I’ve had a total of ~10 days without tenants over the 7 years. I recently decided to sell the property, and the sales team turned out to be just as competent - they helped find a buyer in a tricky market - within the timescales I was looking for and have been super supportive and responsive throughout the sales process. Tennison is a great choice if you rate genuinely local knowledge over lofty rent/sales price promises and glossy brochures (although their advertising material is great too!). Big thank you to the team - and in particular Mohammad, Abby and Aubrey.

Adequate provision as an estate agent, with the exception of not meeting their legal safety requirements. Two employees in particular however were unpleasant to deal with on the phone: condescending, constantly interrupting, and rude. One of these employees gave inaccurate information regarding the tenancy agreement on the phone.Mark is lovely - if Tennison are your estate agents I hope your interactions are with him.

We have used Tennisons to help us let properties for years and we have always been more than satisfied with their efficiency and expertise. It’s nice to have a friendly relationship with an estate agent as most agents are just out to get what they can in my opinion, you won’t find that with Tennisons, and this makes a big difference and makes you want to return to them time and time again. I believe we have been using Tennisons for nearly 15 years in total.

Tennison has been the most professional agency I have every dealt with. Aubrey was helpful at every step of the way from checking in the flat till the day we left the flat. GoogleWe received fantastic service from Mohammad and attention to our every need as landlords and then sellers. After managing our property for 8 years we then decided to sell and engaged Tennison to be the agent. Mohammad went over and above what should ever be expected of an estate agent and handled the sale in a highly professional and engaging manner. It turned into a lengthy sale process and Mohammad was always at the end of the phone with advice and assistance. As we are not local to London, he very often arranged collections, renovations and other key items to make the sale process, and our lives, much easier. I have nothing but praise for Mohammad and the Tennison's team and would not hesitate in recommending them. 5* service!

GoogleThe team at Tennisons have been managing our flat for years now and when we decided to sell it we put it on with Tennisons and 2 other much larger national agents. Tennisons were so helpful and of course got the sale in a tricky market after Beexit, the other large companies failed to secure a buyer. i strongly recommend dealing with Tennison's for both rental and Sales.
