Let’s just say we had a few teething problems following completion yet despite the fact that the role of Strutt & Parker (& more importantly Victoria’s) had been fulfilled, she was there day and night to assist.A massive thanks to Victoria. Edward Church of the Canterbury office having taken over from another Estate Agent managed a complicated probate estate sale. After a lack of interest in the sale as a whole he devised a 3 lot plan that has, with his patience and persistence delivered a result. His professional and courteous manner and common sense got us over the line.

We were delighted with the service provided by Hamish Spencer-Nairn and Amy McMenemy in the Perth Office. They were very responsive to our queries and nothing was too much trouble! GoogleOscar was the best agent we could have ever wished for. Professional, informative, available and genuine. From the first contact, we felt special, and he was always there throughout the process. (Even when we on a Saturday(!) wondered what sofa the previous tenants had, we got the answer within just moments). We cannot recommend Strutt and Parker, and especially Oscar, enough. We engaged Strutt & Parker to sell our country house property in May 2023. This turned out to be a very difficult period for property sales. We felt S & P gave us every support during this time, with regular communication, realistic appraisals and an enduring interest. We didn't feel that we went 'stale' and throughout the process S & P continued to promote our property and seek a buyer culminating in a successful sale. We are so very grateful for all that the team did to achieve this. We would definately recommend them.

GoogleSelling a property can often be more trouble than it’s worth, but luckily this is not the experience we had with Strutt & Parker Kensington. James Boulton-Lea was our primary agent and throughout the process was conscientious, calming and efficient. I would highly recommend using this branch, either to sell or buy.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Rosie & James on a complex transaction in Kensington. It was a reasonably high value transaction and what became apparent throughout the process is that this was not their first rodeo. They thought on their feet, had clever (and pragmatic) solutions to problems and were exceptionally communicative. Sadly, despite values, there are lots of very typical estate agents in Kensington but I can confidently say that Rosie & James stand out from the rest. From a homeowners perspective the communication and knowledge of buyers and area is second to none.
