From the very first day I met Ashley…

From the very first day I met Ashley Harwood from the Cirencester branch of Stutt & Parker I found that I could communicate with him, which in today’s world is not something to take for granted, he was the agent that was the closest in valuation to what the cottage archived, the price was not inflated, just realistic. Throughout the sale his support team did everything they needed to do to keep me up to date with any progress and fed back from the potential buyers, if I had another home to sell I would definitely take to Ashley and his team at Strutt & Parker.

Execellent service as selling agents for our W8 house. The service we received from James Gow and his team was fantastic, highly professional and showed their depth of the market and the sale process from start to finish. From advising us on timing, price and presentation at the start we were able to present the property in its best light to achieve an asking price offer in a difficult market. James led the process up to exchange and completion by keeping all parties up to date on issues and assisting in negotiating solutions acceptable to the buyers and ourselves. This was valuable to keep up momentum on the sale. We thought the information flow was perfect - a whatsapp group with up to date feedback on all viewings, weekly updates and phone calls for the important issues.
