I rent a property, that DC lane manage. Since they have taken over the tenancy they have been really helpful and have listened to all the requests that's have been put forward about repairs required in the property. I have waiting years for new windows and carpets and finally they have made this happen, and made our house feel like a home.

A complex system which is simple to navigate. Lettings marketing and Property Management/accounting systems are comprehensive, which is crucial when managing over 750 properties. Our Account Manager Alessio is consistently responsive and knowledgeable.

Worst tenancy experience I’ve had. They withheld our deposit with fake charges like wallpaper, oven cleaning, and paintwork, even though these were not our fault. No proper TDS protection certificate was provided and they failed to share the full inventory with photos. Everything felt misleading and unprofessional. Tenants deserve honesty and fair treatment, sadly this agency gave us neither.

We recently let our house out in St Margarets with F&C. Leah was absolutely amazing to work with. She was professional, honest, proactive and helpful and went above and beyond to find us the perfect tenants for our home. We cannot recommend Leah or the service she provided highly enough. She is a total superstar and a breath of fresh air, making something that was initially very stressful for us due to tight timings, into a really smooth and straightforward process. If you are looking for a trustworthy, tenacious agent to work with who will guide you through the process from beginning to end, then Leah is your woman.
