GoogleNothing but lies the workers take like 5 hours to fit one door constantly moan about rent and what ever else but when they need to refund a tent they say they ent got it just enough update they think they can’t take 336 pound for a door that had to be replaced and no way does a door cost that much even no the police took the door of and said they would pay it but still robbed me for the money even when I suffer mental health to and that’s why the door got kicked of but think it’s right to do what there doing

GoogleEdd from mr and mrs clarke was the vendor agent for the house that we bought in rugby. In summary, Edd has been really outstanding. He was always very responsive, forthright and friendly to talk to. He kept us updated every step of the way, and we found him very trustworthy. We cannot recommend Edd highly enough.

GoogleI recently sold my property with Kingshill’s. Steve knew I was urgent to get ours up in the market as I had seen a house I wanted, Steve came round swiftly and did the photos and videos, these came back so quickly and was really impressed by the photos. A WhatsApp group was created from the get go to help discuss viewings etc which has been incredibly helpful as I work full time and it’s very hard to answer the phone. The house sold within 2 weeks, and the process after this was handled by Katie who answered my questions, and kept me informed of the process and chased on my behalf when required. We exchanged today and move next week! Everything with Kingshill’s moved pretty quickly, and Katie didn’t mind answer my (silly) questions and reassuring me each time.

GoogleTENANTS BEWARE!!!! If i could give this less then 1 star i would. As a tenant, we have been ignored, shunned and even i would say bullied from the manner and tone they email us with. We are just an issue to them! We moved in to a property they said has gas heating , but it didnt!!! But gas still runs to property to we still pay a service charge of £10 a month but estate agent and landlord will not respond!! Either landlord is away and they cant talk to them, or now a staff member is on annual leave abd so cant discuss!! This has gone on since august and instead of resolving they evicted and are selling house. Still will not give us any answers to the hundreds of £££££ it has cost us for gas we dont have !!!! I have attached emails from them for you to read the tone. They are rude and do not care about their tenant!

GoogleIn selling my 2 bed flat with Winkworths, I found their service truly excellent. They were quick to respond, valued fairly and utilised an Offer in Excess Of mechanism achieved a good price. They did a single day viewing in Reading for 9 viewings resulting in 3 offers shortly after. I must highly commend Trudy which tirelessly pushed both up and down the chain for completion. She was always willing to take a call, even at all hours and was highly dedicated to pushing the solicitors along. They also provided invaluable advice to minimise future delays by getting things prepped in advance. In total for a chain of 3 properties they achieved a completion in about 10 weeks and that's including the Christmas break. Would highly recommend to anyone.

GoogleSecond time using Bond, the first being 10 years ago and from start to finish they were excellent, consistent communication and help every step of the way. Even called me to collect the keys on our purchase 30 minutes before our solicitor did. Highly recommend!

GoogleHave been with L&A lettings for a couple of months now. The whole process of viewing the property we're in now was smooth sailing. Paul was so friendly and was happy to answer any questions we had. And I think it's fantastic how they choose the appropriate tenant for properties, with the home visit etc. Had a couple of things that needed doing when we moved in, nothing major and as soon as I contacting L&A lettings about these issues they sent a tradesman out either the same day or the next day. Cannot recommend these estate agents enough!
