GoogleI’ve had such a wonderful experience in renting through Kingshills. Their communication is excellent at every step of the way, all the paperwork is digital and easy to manage/navigate through, and there are extra services and attention to detail that aren’t provided by other estate agents such as utility set-up support. The whole process from offer to signature was completed within about 2 working days (if that!). Highly recommend!

FacebookThank you to Harry who was extremely proactive in finding us our new home! Despite an initial hiccup out of his control he continuously made sure to find us new options with a great sense of urgency. We weren’t able to physically see our new home during this pandemic until move in - which for us was a gamble we were willing to take due to our circumstances. However, it truly did pay off. We ended up in a beautiful home which was more than what we had expected.

GoogleWe rented a house from this agency in 2017. Very professional, what I liked the most was that they were attentive and responded to all our requests. Since then and until now, they have always solved any request we had, some of them very quickly. I can't say anything bad, everything goes smoothly, without stress and with a lot of help from them. GoogleFrom the start, Leah was much more proactive in finding tenants than other agents who tend to sit and wait after advertising on rightmove etc. The quality of the photos immediately stood out and prompted the other agent to redo theirs. What also stood out was that there was less talk and more action compared to agents who tend to over-promise and under-deliver. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leah to other landlords. Highly recommended.

GoogleWhen I was a tenant, they often came in with little notice. Recently, a group of friends and I decided to view a new property in Oxford. The agent just didn't show up at all! There was no message or apology afterwards. We were just forgotten about. Perhaps they found a more lucrative tenant, but it's still nice to be told that the viewing is off rather than just ignoring you and not turning up.

GoogleI sent a Report through this morning about an additional item required on one of the drop down menus, this one for a Market Appraisal reason in the Diary, and expected it to go through the system and perhaps appear on a future update, however to my amazement I was notified it had all been done and could be seen within about 2-3 hours, so am very impressed.
