GoogleReally good experience with Jibran A at streets ahead South Norwood. To start off with he showed me a property that was much better quality than I was shown elsewhere. Then throughout the purchase process he was helpful, friendly, professional and highly responsive to queries etc. Much appreciated, this made the whole thing much less stressful.

TrustpilotLandlord using Streets Ahead to rent my house
Tori has been a brilliant portfolio manager while I rented my property through Streets Ahead. As soon as she took over my account she was a breath of fresh air compared to the previous colleagues I’d dealt with. Tori is always easy to get hold of, responds to my queries very quickly, communicates really clearly and doesn’t shy away from dealing with any challenging situations, she’s exactly what I wanted my managing agent to be. She’s definitely a big asset to Streets Ahead.

FacebookThank you to Harry who was extremely proactive in finding us our new home! Despite an initial hiccup out of his control he continuously made sure to find us new options with a great sense of urgency. We weren’t able to physically see our new home during this pandemic until move in - which for us was a gamble we were willing to take due to our circumstances. However, it truly did pay off. We ended up in a beautiful home which was more than what we had expected.
What a fantastic review. Thank you for mentioning Harry and taking the time out to leave us a review. I'll let Harry know that you've mentioned him :) - Rebecca

TrustpilotAbhiram is a great property manager
Abhiram is a great property manager. He has always been helpful if I had any issues in the flat and getting it sorted out by speaking to the relevant person. When me and my husband first moved in the flat, when I called him to tell him that I did not have a post room key and a bin key, he was very quick by letting the landlord know and we got our post room key and bin key very quickly. Overall, Abhiram has been great and I have found him really helpful

TrustpilotWhat a team!
What a team!! Kristen is an absolute blessing. She listened to every detail, only showed us houses that met our needs, but did not stop there as she went way beyond to ensure we found the absolute perfect rental home that ticked every box. Emma then stepped in guiding us to ensure we got the home by making the checks and paperwork seem effortless, but we know how much work these two Angels must have put in behind the scene to get this all sorted and meet our timeline. Cannot thank or recommend Streets Ahead enough.

TrustpilotBest estate agent
Streets ahead is the only estate agent I have met that keeps potential tenants updated on available properties until they get one. I mean I didn't have to continue searching the internet after contacting them for the first time. That saved me a lot of stress and time. I really appreciate the care and concern I got from Joshua Parsley and Emma, they were heaven sent angels. Without saying a word, Josh figured out my taste. Josh is really awesome at customer satisfaction.
