I had an amazing experience with streets ahead, I did not end up finding my home with them however throughout the process my agent George Barnes was so helpful, very responsive and he always sent me emails with properties that matched my exact requirements. It's so nice to see estate agents really caring about their clients again and not just motivated by money! Streets Ahead was very helpful in me finding a property to rent, especially George Barnes. He was my primary contact which helped kept me updated each step of the way. On viewing day, he was on time and even helped to get the landlord to the property a bit earlier than scheduled as I was ahead of time heading there. All the process in between were also smooth, i.e. documents required. It was an overall great experience working with Streets Ahead.

GoogleWorst tenancy experience I’ve had. They withheld our deposit with fake charges like wallpaper, oven cleaning, and paintwork, even though these were not our fault. No proper TDS protection certificate was provided and they failed to share the full inventory with photos. Everything felt misleading and unprofessional. Tenants deserve honesty and fair treatment, sadly this agency gave us neither.
