Trust worthy

We searched for our first ever house/flat for more than six months with other agencies. All of them have problems. Streets ahead found very beautiful nice and clean flat with gas cooker and allocated parking space for us as per our requirements and even after that they helped us signing the contract and waited for the final payment as we were delaying for some family reason. They are very professional friendly and helpful specially Mr Cameron. Thanks a lot to finding such a beautiful house to start building our memories with.

They managed to get me a very acceptable offer within a week of taking on my property and I have now exchanged contract five weeks later. Sam who visited me and persuaded me to give them a try, has fulfilled all his promises and then some. Thank you to the whole team who have made this process efficient and painless. About deposit

The usual agency that is efficient at finding potential tenants for landlords, but completely unfriendly to tenants when it comes to returning the deposit. Even if landlords have no complaints, they will come up with any number of reasons to delay the deposit return process. My understanding is that they are not prepared to return the deposit and will continue to play games it out until they can do so, or not return it at all. Avoid Insurance deposit schemes.

Most of the team are terrible, rude and unprofessional. They let us a house which the day before moving in they changed the contract to 6 months instead of a year and it turned out the property was for sale- we had no option but to sign at this point or be homeless with two children. Que endless viewings where sometimes they would just walk in 20 minutes before the arranged time without even knocking. Many of the people viewing were clearly not interested and the unenthusiastic nature of some of the staff showing people around was shocking, they had 2 offers that fell through due to a leaking roof and a damp wall. The house was then sold just before we moved out. The landlords were happy with the condition we left the property and returned our deposit in full.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
