Used these agents to sell my flat in Manor Park couple of months ago, and I used them a few years back when I was buying the flat. They are very knowledgeable, having been in this business for many years. They are also professional and made the process much smoother and easier for me in both cases. They were able to answer many questions in regards to the process but also helped to make sure that the buyer's solicitor was progressing faster. They kept me well informed throughout the process and helped tremendously with the communication between myself and the buyer. Their service is also much more personal than the one of big agencies, so it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them and I definitely recommend them to anyone selling their flat!

GoogleI commissioned stonebridge to sell my property. It was a difficult property to sell. However, I really impressed with the way the Stonebridge works to turn every stone unturn to make this happen. They even liaised with the council to find the relevent information. They have done many things which I was not expecting from any estate agent. They were extremely professional, friendly, selfless, and go over and beyond to get things done for thier clients. The best thing is, there charges are very reasonable. Almost every person I spoke to in the organisation is very professional, friendly and co operative. I have also given them a property to put it on rent. Cant beleive, within 2 days, I have 4 offers, and then they provide me hassle free service for gas and electric safety certificate on a very reasonable prices. I found them very knowledgable on the market, have the right connections, also give right and good advice, over and above on a very reasonable charges. They will be my estate agent for my properties for life. I highly recommend them to anyone who want to deal with honest, knowledgeable and selfless estate agent on a reasonable price.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I recently bought my property via Stonebridge and I cannot recommend them enough. Right from the start they were extremely professional, helpful and always in contact throughout the whole process. Mitul in particular really took on board exactly what I was looking for and was able to show me properties that were right for me. He was extremely experienced and knowledgeable and even showed me the pros and cons of each property without being pushy at all. Unlike other agents I have dealt with, he really took the time to help me make the right decision for me. Really friendly, extremely professional and trustworthy. Wish I had found them sooner! Highly recommend and won’t ever use another agent again!
