I viewed three properties with Faysal yesterday and the experience was genuinely excellent. I attended the viewings on my own, and Faysal went above and beyond in providing clear, honest guidance throughout.
He didn’t just show the properties, he took time to explain current market trends, pricing realities, and how each property compared to other options available. He openly discussed pros and cons, alternative choices, and gave realistic advice rather than a sales pitch, which I really appreciated.
His knowledge of the local market, combined with a calm, professional, and approachable manner, made the whole process feel informed and reassuring. I felt supported, not rushed, and much clearer about my options by the end of the viewings.

This particular property arrived with us after being listed elsewhere for over a year without success, which naturally presented inherited challenges. Within the short period it was with Stonebridge, market conditions for flats were volatile, and overall buyer engagement across the sector was limited.
I reached out to Jessica directly at the time to acknowledge the communication concerns, and that dialogue was received positively and with appreciation. It’s clear, however, that some elements of the situation were interpreted differently by the vendor, and I recognise that I could have been more transparent early on about the realities of the market and the property’s position within it.
My intention throughout was to be considerate and supportive, particularly as Jessica had just welcomed a new baby. That empathy may not have translated as intended, but it was offered sincerely.

GoogleI was very impressed after meeting Shaz for a valuation on my property He was very straight talking and honest and gave me a realistic valuation that would get my property sold,which is what I asked for unlike some of the bigger Estate agent chains who over inflated the price to try and get the work.
Shaz,Mittal and Faisal were all very responsive,answered all my questions quickly and organised an open day within a week of marketing.
They have great knowledge of the local market and organised a full list of potential buyers for the open day.
They dealt with all the viewings and questions from potential buyers and within a week I had a few offers.They talked me through every offer and when I made my decision to accept one of the offers they continued to handle all repeat viewings and queries from the buyer and their Solicitor.
They really made the effort to make the process as easy as possible.I unfortunately had a situation where my father was seriously ill and I was not available in person to deal with a lot of the ongoing sale process such as surveys/viewings etc and the team handled everything on my behalf whilst keeping me informed and discussing with me every step of the way.They handled the whole situation with sensitivity,diplomacy and tactfulness.

I had our property valued by Stonebridge and one other reputable agent, with considerable years of experience. Shaz,who did our valuation was extremely knowledgeable and he was able to build a rapport with the family right from the outset. After 'battle of the agents' I finally settled on Stonebridge with the slight hesitation that I'd chosen the newer agent in town! However I really had nothing to worry about. The team, Shaz, Faisal and Mittal have been brilliant from start to finish, simply brilliant. They have kept me informed every step of the way and when there was a lot of activity during open house, viewings etc. , several times a day. I think what makes them stand out is that they understand each individual circumstance. I never felt I was just an address, I was always referred to by my first name. Each of them understood the gravity of selling our home of 40 years, taking care at each step to respect the house and viewings. I cannot believe that the whole process from viewings to sale has taken less than 3 months. Our sincerest thanks to Shaz, Mittal and Faisal and the whole Stonebridge team for looking after us every step of the way. I'm beyond happy to recommend the team.
