Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with letting agents here in London. Lev was very helpful and quick in getting a viewing booked and application sorted, always on hand with any help I needed with big smile on his face. It is not easy to come across a professional like him. Although I found a different property from the one Townsend showed me I have to say that I was really very impressed with how kind and patient and attentive Eimantas was. He was proactive in contact the landlord and honest in how I would make an offer. He also sent me follow up properties that were very close to my specification requirements would have happily rented through townsends but something with an earlier move in date came up.

Colin has been very professional and he helped us when we decided to leave the flat. One single big negative note from my side. The original contract they wanted us to sign included a clause that allowed them to subscribe a contract in our name with SPARK Energy. Despite the landlord said not to do so (and we signed a contract without that clause), the people from the main office created our account anyway with that supplier and we kept receiving bills despite having a regular contract with EON. From the central office they did nothing to help us fixing the mess they did; eventually we figured out that the meter ID number they gave to SPARK was wrong and, after they realized what kind of idiots they are, they cancelled the contract. We had to deal with this situation for more than 3 month. So this was not a problem with the guys in this office but with those in the main one.

From the very first time I met Jonathan Ongori for a view of the property for rent, I was struck by his humility and professional and friendly attitude. The view went on smoothly and satisfactorily, thanks to his detailed information and hands-on approach. But the best from him was yet to come. Even at times when I might have thrown in the towel, Jonathan was on my side driving me on and supporting me along the way. He called me his friend and made me feel welcomed, appreciated and highly rated. The road to winning acceptance for a tenancy can be cumbersome and frustrating and without Jonathan's help and support I might never have succeeded. Thanks a lot, dear friend.

Professional, efficient and knowledgeable are the words I'd use to describe my interaction with SA - most specifically Sheldon Bechie who went over and beyond in seeking to find us a new home. Sheldon has the loveliest tempremant and was super patient in understanding all of our requests. The whole liason with everyone at SA was fab and such experiences permit such reviews.
