Since being with Sterling Ackroyd I have had the pleasure of having Gavin Pinto managing my property and to be honest the guy is exceptional. I have had various managers in my time with the company and have found them to be incompetent and lacking any form or standard of customer service and to be very frank, if it was not for him I would have left and gone elsewhere. He has great knowledge of the industry, he has fantastic people skills and understands how to appropriately handle situations to get the best for the landlord and tenant. There has been many an occasion where he has gone above and beyond his remit to help me and my tenant and I greatly appreciate him being there to work with. Really professional and friendly! We were shown around a property by Lee, he answered all our questions and was very helpful! Further replied to all emails quickly and has made the renting application process really smooth and easy. Particularly within such a difficult renting period I found this process to be a breath of fresh air compared to other agencies and a much better experience, we were not pressured to make decisions and Lee has been really responsive and quick to communicate.
