GoogleThe team have been so helpful in helping me and my girlfriend find our first rental. I've never been left waiting to hold music for too long and there is always someone in the team who knows the context our move. Our main contact has been Rio and she's been so great. Even when I wanted to view the property for the 2nd time a couple of days later, she was super accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI've been a totally loyal customer of Townends and then Stirling Ackroyd since 1991. I bought a flat in Morden Surrey through them in September of that year. Because my career took me abroad, I then rented it out through Towends and then Stirling Ackroyd for over 30 years. And now I'm selling the same flat through them. So they've consistently earned through me and this property for over 30 years. And yet, when we've been asked to clear the loft of stuff tenants arranged by them have placed there, before completion of the sale, they can only supply me a number I can look up on Google. So next week, a completely loyal customer of 30 years will have to travel down from West Yorkshire, clear the loft of crap placed in the loft by tenants arranged by them (and for which they charged me check-out fees without checking that the tenants had checked out properly but instead put crap in the loft). So my advice having used both their rental and sales arms is to proceed, if you must, with caution and expect only the minimum service. Sad but true.
