GoogleI got recommended Stirling by some friends that had just sold through them. I think I ended up meeting or speaking to most of the guys in the office and all were very nice, friendly but professional. I wish the estate agents I was buying through were as helpful as they were! All were great but Wayne in particular was amazing and really went above and beyond! Thank you so much!!

GoogleGiven the very competitive situation in the rental market we were a bit apprehensive about looking for a property - it was really reassuring to deal with an estate agent (Kurwahn) who was so engaged and supportive. In the past I haven't always had the best experiences here so it was really refreshing to deal with someone who followed through when they said they would do things, responded helpfully to any questions, and generally put us at ease. The initial viewing, offer and referencing were all really smooth processes - thanks Kurwahn.

GoogleWe bought a property through Townends and worked with Ali, Ben and Sophie. Ali showed us the property and was more than happy to spend as long as necessary with us answering questions. He was very knowledgeable about the property and the vendors position. We progressed with the property and the team were very accommodating when we want to visit the property. Communication was clear regarding price negotiations and we were never led as we had been with other estate agents. Ben and Sophie also helped in the sale progression and were equally professional and responsive. Overall we are very happy to have found a property through Townends.
