Given the very competitive situation in the rental market we were a bit apprehensive about looking for a property - it was really reassuring to deal with an estate agent (Kurwahn) who was so engaged and supportive. We bought a property through Townends and worked with Ali, Ben and Sophie. Ali showed us the property and was more than happy to spend as long as necessary with us answering questions. He was very knowledgeable about the property and the vendors position. We progressed with the property and the team were very accommodating when we want to visit the property. Communication was clear regarding price negotiations and we were never led as we had been with other estate agents.
