GoogleExtremely fake and rude, the agent started asking lots of financial questions over the phone and when I told him it wasn't a good moment he wished me good day and hung up on me! Obviously the rental market is going way too well they don't really need customers!!! There are more professional agencies out there

GoogleThe estate agent agreed to meet me at 9.30am on a Saturday morning to view a flat. I arrived on time only to wait another's 30 mins before deciding to leave as the estate agent never showed up. Terrible service. The only saving grace is the manager who tried his best to help.

GoogleYou’ve got a phenomenal employee in Aaron. He’s helped with all of my property needs, always been available on the phone if I ever had any queries and has been helpful, even with maintenance. If Aaron ever leaves Townends then I’ll hire him straight away he’s that good.
